My stay at Hotel suraj palace was wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating,specially mr.prakash always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the convenience of early check-in, which made my trip much smoother. Overall, a great experience that I’d happily recommend!

First of all the receptionist Mr.Prakash ji was awesome to his hospitality work and know the requirements of the guest. Rooms are spacious with neat and clean rooms and washroom.

Good, but no restaurant, gyser on demand, they will cut your AC supply in morning. No parking.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The service provided by the staff was commendable, with a friendly and helpful attitude that made me feel welcome. However, I was slightly disappointed with the condition of the rooms and bathroom. The rooms appeared to be in average maintenance, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. The bathroom, in particular, could use some improvement. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's location was convenient, and the service quality stood out as a redeeming factor.
