Hotel Pandim Heights

Few rooms are available for kanchanjungha view, rooms are not clean, staff behaviour so so, service also so so, but food service was terrific, they are not provided sufficient food quantity but they charged best high rate, food quality also bad. They are thinking traveller's are begger and also the traveller's take food free of cost so they are not provided food properly and hospitality. The manager and proprietor also think same. I was call to the owner of the hotel for the detailing of fact but the owner cut the call. I have face lots of problems in this hotel. It was Mimo Groups of hotel. So I suggest avoid this hotel. I stay at this hotel for two days with my friends on 09 September, 2024.

Really awesome. The place of the hotel is a bit quiet but in the morning you can see the wonderful view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony. The room can accommodate 4 people comfortably. The hospitality of the manager and staff is excellent. Food is also very nice

1. Rooms are awsome such a huge and luxurious. As per place its lower pelling in a peaceful area. If u go with friends of 6people in 1big room it has a attached room also with kitchen area, attach big bathroom & balcony with kanchanjangha view. Rooms are very nite & clean. 2. Foods are very good. 3. Room service also very good. They have politely behaved. But I little bit disappointe of bathrooms cz its not properly clean.

Supabb Hotel & Best Kanchanjangha Views from Balcony. Stuff are so polite & well behaved. Strongly Recommended in case Pelling Visit.
