They responded well to serve breakfast before 7 am on the 3 days we stayed there for our trip to Nathula, Zeropoint and return, Pelling, which is very appreciable. Tea in breakfast is so tasty. Poori sabji/Aloo paratha are super tasty. Regarding dinner: With in less than an hour after order, they served, of course tasty, but costly. Rice should have been boiled for more. Disadvantage is it's location to Bajra stand (for Zero point), Chandmari stand (for Nathula), where we have to book private cab and you know it is too costly in Gangtok. Rooms are neat and spacious, also spacious wash rooms with separate place for shower. Nearby taxi stand available.

Terrible Experience at Night – Very Unprofessional and Rude Staff I had a very bad experience at Leenor Regency in Gangtok. Around 11 PM, I politely asked the hotel staff for a jug of water. To my shock, the hotel manager, who was clearly drunk, started yelling at me. He said they were sleeping and refused to give me water. When I tried to talk calmly, he continued to argue. Another staff member even tried to scare me by saying the hotel is owned by someone from the police department. He threatened to call the police superintendent and have me arrested — all just because I asked for water. That same night, around 10:30 PM, another tourist was stuck outside because they had closed the shutter. The tourist was waiting for several minutes. When he finally knocked to get the gate opened, the same manager came and got into a fight with him too, just for trying to come inside. I felt extremely unsafe and disrespected. No guest should ever be treated like this. The behavior of the staff, especially the manager, was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
