Hotel Kasturi

Not a good hotel at all. Soft spoken but cunning in all the aspects. Services are bad. Lazy in all the aspects. I think go and choose another hotels in less tarrif.

This Hotel is at prime location (Opposite Ranka Stand/General Post Office) which is not far from M.G Market ( Only 10 min to walk). Rooms are very neat and clean. Enough Charging point. Bathrooms are also very neat and clean. Geyser is properly working.There is 24X7 Wifi available. The view from the rooms are wonderful. Kangchenjunga Mountain is clearly visible from rooms(If weather is clear). There is good staffs with there good hospitality. last but not the least- rooms are budget friendly. 100% recommendation for this hotel. (10/10)

Very friendly & nice place. Everyone is very gentle & their behaviour are also appreciable.This is pure vegetarian hotel, veg food is nice, So u can take veg meal from here.Specially service boy Suraj is very polite,humble and obedient, his service is very nice.Best budget hotel in gangtok.Only the room is small and not spacious but very clean.mountain view from room is awesome.

The image shown is of a different hotel. Do not go by the cover image. It's a budget hotel and value for money. Provides good mountain views for selected rooms which will be charged extra.

Rooms, Service & location all were good. The only issue we faced was the Geyser was not working, and therefore we didn't get hot water. The hotel staff came and checked but still the issue was not resolved.

Very friendly & nice place. Everyone is very gentle & their behaviour are also appreciable. Even their kitchen is very hygienic. So u can take delicious veg meal from here. Best budget hotel in gangtok.

The view room is excellent, non-view room is okay type. This hotel is not far from mg marg. One can happily stay here. The food is great, I had breakfast here twice, and it was an amazing experience.

Excellent budget hotel just opposite to ranka taxi stand and near snt bus terminus. Rooms are neat and clean. Room service and house keeping is very good. MG Marg is 5 minutes walking distance. Only veg food is available here, but quality is very good. Behavior of the staff is very nice .
