Hotel Tenancy

Location of this hotel is very bad.Though hotel service boys will pick you & your luggages from the taxi stand but at the time of return they will not help you.When you will check out of the hotel,You have to carry all the luggages.A narrow lane goes straight from hungry jack taxi stand with more or less 40 stairs.There is a severe problem of water supply.Even if you request them to check the water supply,they would not help you. In the morning,when you will need water, you would not find a drop of water in bathroom.As a result your tour program might be hampered .Behaviour of the staffs is intolerable.And the manager is also non cooperative.

Very good hotel near MG Market. The staff are well-behaved and the room service is excellent. The food is delicious, and they cook very tasty meals. The prices are very reasonable for MG Marg. I highly recommend this hotel

I will strongly recommend not to book this hotel even at free of cost. Let me tell you why, point wise. 1. Location of the hotel on maps is too much misleading. The manager will also mislead your driver to drop at Hungry Jack taxi stand. Hotel service boys will pick you & your luggages from there. 2. The entrance of the hotel is horrible. It goes beside a Masjid and situated in the centre of a claustrophobic residential area. The road is very dirty. A narrow lane goes straight from hungry jack taxi stand with nearly 50 stairs. Very uncomfortable with luggage. This will be tough for older family members. 3. They provided us a different hotel (Supreme Lodge) rooms though we booked and paid the advance in the name of Hotel Tenancy. After reaching there, we understood that the hotel rooms are specially designed for unmarried "couple".. if you know what I mean. So this was very embarrassing. 4. Rooms were not clean at all. A bad smell was always in the room. I think they have no relation with washing and laundry services. 5. Staff and manager's behaviour was too much intolerable. They were always in a angry mood. Like they were doing a favour upon us by giving shelter at their property; if you are uncomfortable, you may leave the hotel - that was their all time facial and verbal expression.

It's a good 2 star hotel providing decent services in Gangtok. The only issue was the location, which is not exactly as it is shown in Google Maps. However, you can connect with the number they given or else, even they might call you and will get you and your luggage to the hotel safely. The rooms are spacious and the views are marvelous, you get all the basic necessities along with room heater (blower) if required. All in all, you can opt for the hotel if you are travelling on budget. Please mind you won't be able to bring any vehicle to the hotel, it is a 200m walk to the nearest parking spot.

I Won't recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are not clean , unhygienic. Even food is not good. The hotel is near M.G MARGH but there are lot of stairs one have to go down to reach the hotel.They will ask for the full payment before , not at the time of check out.

Rooms were good 👍 and specious. We stayed on the super deluxe room . the special thing about our room is the view from the balcony. 🤩Few (Lot) stairs away from MG Marg. It's very close to MG Marg ..just stairs are in your way. 🥴We tried their chicken thali worth Rs 200 per head. Food was decent but service was bit late and not active. Everything was good....the owner is Friendly and helpful. But one of their Staff was rude to us. Otherwise the stay is awesome 👌 and the view was Majestic 🤩 and refreshing ✨️. 🙏

Rooms are of a considerable size with balcony having great view of mountains and valley. The service is also good. The owner is very friendly, he can guide & help you to plan your Sikkim tour properly.

Only drawback of the hotel is its entrance. One has to climb down several steps through a narrow, dirty alleyway to reach the hotel. Not recommended for elderly people and with lots of luggage. Otherwise rooms are clean and view from the balcony is also very good.
