Scam Alert: Stay away from this fraudulent property "Better INN" & specially the lady named 'Sheetal Rai', the manager/owner of the property..... I've booked 05 room's for 3 Night on 3rd June, 2024, And I also deposited Rs: 4,000/- on same date as booking amount to their account. And today unfortunately they just ping me a message that the booked room has been cancelled. And when we called them to ask about the concern, they just cut our calls and stop responding to our calls, And when we asked for the booking amount to refund back through WhatsApp message, they just blocked our 2 contact numbers. Dear Ms. Sheetal Rai, we just want our money refund.... So please never ever deposit any advance amount to this property at any cost, You might fall into their trap and will have to cry for your own hard earned money.... Please be careful..... Dear Ms. Sheetal Rai, Please refund our money back, this is our hard earned money, So please don't try to steal it.... Be fair to almighty.... If ignored, we will have to legal action to recover our money back.....

The manager is very humble and polite. Excellent behavior and services. We stayed here for 3 nights and had no problems with anything. If I have to add a point for improvement, then it would just be some additional hooks in the washroom in the backpackers room. I'd definitely recommend!

The rooms and bathrooms are cozy, small but are enough for basic needs, the food is really good but closes early (like before 9pm) The price is the best value for money around It's located at a somewhat difficult to reach place though.

Staying at The Better Inn was an excellent experience with exceptional customer service. We book two 4 beded rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean and with all the amenities. The staff members were very professional and helpful. Room service was amazing too. We got parking facility inside the premises. The rates are very reasonable. There is an in-house restaurant and food is very tasty The owner and staff members make you feel at home. Put succinctly, go as tourists, come as friends. 5 stars in all sections! keep up the good work!

I gave 5 ⭐ only for the cooperative behaviour of the stuffs. Location is good, 800m from MG Marg. The only issue I can claim that, during my 2 days stay there, no cleaner entered in my room. May be they did it as I stayed in backpackers room. Still recommend! They are 👍

We stayed in this place for 4 nights during our Sikkim visit and it's a very good and budget friendly place for a family. The staff is extremely courteous and well mannered. They are always ready to help. The rooms are the best part. We stayed in the Tripple Delux Room and they are huge compared to other hotels in the same price. Also if you are Bengali, you will feel right at home because all the staff here are Bengali. The food is quite good too. Would definitely recommend this one.

Rooms are good, decent enough. Services are good only when there are not many rooms occupied, so I believe the services need to be improved. Food options are very less and also not so delicious. The location is quite uphill to the MG Marg which is quite difficult to walk. So, One is always dependable to take a cab which is little costly. Around 200 INR one side.
