It was a great and excellent experience.. The service and behavior of staffs is very good and friendly. It has a pure veg restaurant and good quality food . The view from balcony is amazing.

Hotel experience was very good and staff behaviour was also kind and friendly. Hotel was clean and very hygienic and was pure vegetarian allover my experience was great.

Rooms are more better to call cowshed and service are better to call a trash everything is so disgusting can’t even imagine…I don’t suggest this hotel to everyone be wise while choosing ur room 🙏🏽😡

Not At All Good for the travellers: #1. The Room Furniture was not clean at all You will See the Spider-Web in the Toilet Bad Smell #2.Restaurent in built in the Hotel That's good and the food Is OK! #3.No views from the room #4. Views from the varanda Will See only the opposite Hotel Shere Punjab and The Taxi Stand: #5.Rooms are too costly While Booking In advance in Make my trip or Yatra! #6.The Behavior of the Hotel Manager and Their Staff's were Very Good:"'"

DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT RECOMMENDED. Horribly dark, dingy and damp. The rooms were extremely dirty and Ill maintained and had huge cockroaches in them. The blankets were hardly usable and again very very dirt. The management was uncooperative and we had to argue with them for basic amenities like towels which were also dirty. The washroom and toilet seat were wet. We could also here conversation from other rooms. Do not stay there if you don't want to ruin a pleasant trip to Gangtok.

Worst behaviour of manager shyam as he is world class cheater and also a very ride behaviour manager we have kept our luggage in this. Hotel before going to lachen and after returning he is denying to provide rooms and saying rooms are full we have experience just worst night in gangtok 1st time
