OYO Hotel Polok

I had stayed here in April. Since then it has improved a lot. I believe the owners have changed.||Whatever may be, on my visit last month, I had a fantastic experience. Very friendly staffs, amenities of star standards and their restaurant is just awesome. They have revamped their rooms which look and feel good. Keep up the good work. I shall come back again soon!

Nice enough hotel with low rates. Rooms are a bit dark painted. But the manager Raj is an honest straightforward person who is helping in nature. You can get all the tour packages from here. Better not to take any tour travel agency

Very good hotel...their service is excellent and its manager Mr. Raj is truly professional and can arrange almost anything at your doorstep...I highly recommend this hotel if you have the budget

Nice place to live in cheap but with good service. Hotel manager is very well behaved and helpful. He can also help you with traveling and sight seeing.

The rooms are nice with ample amount of space. The manager is friendly , helpfully and the staff and service is good. MG Road is at walkable distance.

i visited Gangtok on first week of November'13 and stayed in Hotel Polok, I really like check in procedure and nice welcome drink,we have got nice viewing room,room is very specious,fantastic experience, staffs are very nice and friendly,The owner Mr Udai is very co operative and helpful.||I would suject all the peoples when ever you go to Gangtok please stay Hotel Polok the most important part is you really feel comfortable and very homely environment.

Rooms are clean but sometimes you could spot some insects. Staff is decent and nice. Food served is not very good.
