Comfortable Stay with Great Location & Service We’ve stayed at this hotel twice – once in December 2016 and again in June 2018. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential facilities. The complimentary breakfast offers a good spread, and the food tastes great too. The hotel is conveniently located near MG Road and is easily accessible with just a 20-minute walk. They also arrange trips to Gurudongmar Lake and Yumthang Valley, which makes planning your itinerary easier.

Mann Tamarind was one of the best hotel to stay in Gangtok. The staff was really amazing. The food was delicious and our family really enjoyed the stay. We had a special request as one of the young kid birthday was on the same day as our visit and the staff really helped us to make his birthday a special one. They coordinated really well and they made sure we had a nice pleasant stay. The rooms were neat and clean. Thanks again to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

One of the good hotels in Gangtok location is really great not far from Mg road, Food was good too. The only need for improvement is the services in my view otherwise overall stay was happy, it was a great stay with family.

We total 4 families visited here in May 2024 first week. If u wish to waste ur money plz do come here. They say it's 4 star hotel but It's zero star hotel. Poor & slow room service. Totally inexperienced staff. Hotel is so aged that water heaters, power sockets hv frequent issues. Food quality & service is pathetic. U hv to keep waiting for ordered food and even for morning breakfast which was complementary in our package. Don't get surprised if u get stale food in breakfast. Overall it was horrible experience. Not worthy for what u r paying.

We reached the hotel around after-noon time straight from the bagdogra airport. The check-in process was very smooth. It took us less than 10 mins to complete all the paperwok formailities and make the pending payments towards the property. The room we got was on the 6th floor. It was valley facing and the view was just awesome. Room size was huge. It was very spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well with all the facilities from hot water, to hair dryer and toiletries. The hotel has both room service and food available in the cafeteria. They serve buffet(Veg and Non Veg), and the quality of the food is very good. They have salads, Soups and deserts in addition to the main course. The staff is very cooperative, well behaved, cutomer obessesed. Special thanks to Mr Amit Mazumder who helped us to book our ride to Nathula pass/Tsomgo Lake. Over all we had a great time in our 3 nights that we spent in Gangtok. The MG Road from the hotel is around 1 km downhill walk. While coming back if you don't feel like walking(elevation), then you can book a taxi for 150INR to the hotel from MG road. The only area of improvement I can suggest is to have larger LED screens as clearly 32 inches is not enough for the size of the room. ||Breakfast served is also very good - Idlies, Vada's, Upmas, Puri Bhaji, Paranthas, Bread's are some of the items that we tried.

Visited this hotel in May 2023. We all were females and little bit apprehension, but the staff was nice and cooperative. Food is nice and rooms were average but I think we should not expect much at this place. It is near to CM house and a very beautiful view is there as you just come down to few meters,|Over all we enjoyed our stay

It was a lovely experience staying in this hotel. room and food was quite good as compared to our stay at another hotel. All hotel staff really took good care of us specially the manager who ensured that all our issues are addressed in time. mg road is just 10 min walk or else you can get taxi any time from hotel that was the best part. will visit with my parents soon.

Its an great motel located precisely so that it connects main road and market too. The hostel is rated four stars and so do its quality.... The rooms are nicely decorated with a great outdoor view... The washroom has great facility as 24hrs hot water , bathtub access, hairdryer and emergency landline too. Breakfast here too is delicious..... I would rate it as the best hotel among others...
