NillOne of the best hotels I could find in a good price range. Best sevice - staffs are very professional. Comfortable rooms - Rooms are pretty, spacious, hygienic and super clean. Hotel with in house restaurant, foods are yummy and delicious 😋 I would love to visit again. Super happy with the staff service, location, room service, food. the owner of this hotel d villa bisnu sharma is really friendly and supportive We had a very comfortable stay at this place during our visit to Gangtok. The hotel rooms are nice and clean with good amount of space as well. The staff is really courteous and cooperative. They are always ready for anything you ask for and are smiling making you feel welcomed. Price is also very reasonable according to the services. I strongly recommend it.

NillWorst service I have ever received. Very bad behavior of staff. The manager and his wife are both very bad and treat you like dirt. Hospitality and room service are also not good. There was no light and there was no staff whole night to fix problems. Not even torches or candles have been provided. The food was completely below average. Only the view there is good but it is very far from the rest of the main market and moreover the behavior of the staff is also very bad. No one pays attention to the problem even after complaining. no hot water in the bathroom. And this place is not at all safe for girls.

NillTerrible Experience –very Unsafe and Unprofessional place! My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The electricity kept going out at night, plunging the entire hotel into darkness. Being in the dark was extremely scary, like something out of a horror movie. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at night. If you had any issues, you were left to handle them yourself. This lack of basic service and safety made the stay incredibly uncomfortable and distressing. I would strongly advise against staying here.

NillReply to Owner: First of all, we returned around 10:30 after being out, then we had dinner, which took us until 11. As soon as we were done, you asked for the payment, and we simply told you to wait for 5-10 minutes while we were processing it. But you didn't have the patience. Regarding the payment, every time you've asked for it, we've always made it on time. Just because you want to blame us, does that mean you’ll say anything? We had already made the payment and showed you the transaction history along with screenshots. Despite the payment being completed, you refused to accept it. Even on your phone, it showed the payment history. But after we showed you this, why did you suddenly go quiet? As for your driver, why would we even go to your driver and say anything? It seems like you're just making accusations for the sake of it. Maybe this is your first time dealing with something like this, but it's not ours. This is my third trip this year and we frequently travels alot as of we have already covered almost all the states of india, and I know exactly how check-ins and check-outs work. Are you going to say anything just to cover up your own lies? Everything I’m saying is true, and I even have your so-called call recordings as proof of the things you've said. So, please accept your mistake, and next time, don't treat anyone so poorly. Also, can you justify why there was no light for two entire nights? Can you explain why we were forcibly locked in the lobby? Can you justify why there was no staff available at night? What about the terrible room service? Can you explain why there was no hot water? And why were we told that food was finished? Can you give any justification for these issues? Out of our 4-day stay, how many days did you actually clean the room? How many bottles of water did you provide? Don't stoop so low just to make money that you have to resort to lying. My Genuine Review :- Now just now we went to Gangtok in which we had a 4 day stay in this hotel along with all our friends including the girls and boys. At the beginning they told us that 50-60% payment will have to be given in advance and the remaining payment will have to be given on the last day but that's it. They have asked us time to time for money even after getting 90% payment. First of all, we were treated very rudely by the receptionist there (name:- Punam Sharma). And also there was no electricity for 2 nights, we all stayed there in dark night and there was no response from the staff. Those people have troubled us a lot, the hotel is quite good but the staff and their behavior is very bad, in the beginning they talked with us in good manner and then they treat us very badly.

NillThe hotel staff insisted that we give them good ratings. The hotel staff were very rude and not at all good, and they did not provide any of the facilities or services they had promised. One of their tables was already broken, but they tried to extort money from us by making fake allegations.

NillRecently I visited gangtok and stayed for 4 days. We had a horrible experience over there, rooms were not cleaned properly. Receptionist doesn’t have sense how to talk with there customers and they doesn’t even know how to treat customers. There service was worst and food wasn’t good and it was worst. They were not providing us the fresh food. So, I will not suggest you to visit this Hotel.
