Hotel Mystic valley

#POSITIVE POINTS: * Lovely ambiance and atmosphere to stay. * The staff were courteous, helpful & welcoming. #AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: * One aspect that could have been improved is the Food Service.Specifically, "the practice of serving meat or other dishes with a service spoon directly to guest felt unnecessary." * A self-service option or serving the meat or dish in a bowl on the table would have been a more considerate approach." * There was only chicken dish on the menu for dinner so adding one or two options like fish or pork would have been nice .A bit more variety in the dinner menu would have been appreciated. Other than that it was a great experience.

Although the rooms are clean, the staff is kind, and the services are nice, the meals might need a bit more work. Everything was excellent, reasonable, and beneficial except from that. Thanks.

All the room was extremely clean, well interior designed and hygienic. One of the major feature was the terrace cafe. The cafe was very hygienic, space was vast, able to fill more than 30 people at a time. The behavior of the staffs was very good. They made us feel homely.

It is a clean, budget hotel away from the city. The access road from M g marg is not great. The service is excellent. Mr Vivek is very friendly, helpful and service minded. The rooms are ideal for a single or two people. It was very small for us as we had a kid along. Not ideal for family of 3 and more. Food was simple yet delicious and served with care.|

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff here are not only friendly and cooperative but also makes one on the most homely food anyone can ever expect. On top of that top of that the rooms were spacious. And to add another feather on the cap the owner was very much friendly amd highly cooperative.. Will definitely be heading to this hotel the next time we visit Gangtok and will definitely recommended this hotel.

We stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights occupied 5 rooms as a group.||All staff are kind and happy to help, particularly the Manager Vivek Sharma is nice and cool. Management thought nicely for tall he staff what is hospitality. i||Food was great, all kitchen staff are very kind and helpful.||Room sizes are little smaller and 4-5 km away from downtown.||Overall, very nice stay, I recommend this hotel to my friends.
