NillAbsolutely worst hotel, rather stay at a homestay nearby, or a place near M G market. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean, the towels and bedsheets were wet as provided and the food is okay. They said they have wifi, but it doesn't work at all. There is no electric kettle or any other amenities, even the charging sockets are mostly broken. The owner smokes in the reception area and it's impossible to stay there. If you want a simple bed and breakfast and are coming as a group of budget travellers, go for it, but the cheap price does not compensate for this hellish experience. Absolutely no place for a family to spend a night. Go for a hostel/dormitory if you are a solo traveller.

NillAmazing food. Polite and friendly owner and staff. Hotel is far from the main city, keep that in mind as only mode of transportation is local cabs Cons: 1. No WiFi and basics like Towels, Kettle in the rooms 2. Old infrastructure. Little pricey for what you get Overall a decent experience

NillHotel was fine but om sai baba travel agent was fraud. Not provided basic services. And also changed the package terms later without letting us know. Behaviour pf the travel agent was very rude . Everything was included in our package he said at first but later we needed to pay from our pocket for many things. Food was not worthy.

NillHotel owner behaviour is very very rude, disgusting. You face any kind of emergency problem or traveling problem the hotel owner couldn't not help you, he don't talk any more situation. BECAUSE THE HOTEL OWNER GOUTAM MUKHERJEE ALL TIME DRUNK. But others hotel staffs behaviour are good and they are helpful.

NillReally bad service. Kindly request everyone not to choose this hotel. Rooms are not hygienic or clean. Reception is pathetic. Bad service, really bad costumer care, no response from staff, they don't respond to your queries or problems. On end of the day felt cheated by the hotal. Whole trip was affected by the problems by hotal.

NillI would suggest you to visit this hotel if you are planning on going to gangtok. I saw some negative reviews which was published 3 years ago but now franchise of the hotel has been charged and they are just awesome. From Room to food everything is good

NillVery unwelcome behavior, Never ever book this hotel ....the owner of this hotel does not know how to behave with the guest. And at the same time this hotel does not provide any kind of help to their guest...we paid for 1500 for a room and we got the worst room with added rude behaviour.... You will surely regret if you book this hotel.
