OYO 13476 Gyantse Hotel

FRAUDSTERS- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We booked 2 rooms and made payment(Rs. 2700) through and reached here at the hotel reception in the rain to know from the reception staff that rooms cannot be provided to us since we made payment through OYO instead of paying them cash. Further they had asked us to cancel and contact OYO for refund which is now blocked due to refund policies. The staff was very unprofessional and non courteous and spoke to us like they are doing us a favour or something. This was the most disheartening and horrible experience we had through OYO. Please do not stay at this place/ book them through OYO rooms. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

Rooms are small but comfy, common area is rather large than room itself. Host is bit rude.

We booked on oyo and when we came here they tell us they dont have any rooms, made us cancel the booking and no refund. Pathetic!

So dirty could not even breathe properly, and on top of that the reception itself so unhygienic..
