The room needs to be improved as... can't do about the location ...service is great with Tasty food. We eat breakfast and dinner..soo according to that food quality and taste is great. Room needs to be updated...with an upgrade of the bathroom/toilet which was not in great condition. But the overall experience is nice ..stayed 2 nights there. All above comments only for the improvement and based on personal experience...no intention to hurt anyone or feel downgraded. Thank you

Excellent hotel to live in. Mr. Passang Sherpa is a very cooperative person. Always gives good suggestions. Food is very good, tasty and most of all homely. Room is neat and clean. Hot water available. WiFi also. Taxi stand is just beneath it. You can see from hotel. Very easy to get any where in Gangtok from here. Price is negotiable. You have to bargain. All packages are available near it. You can also contact with Mr. Passang the owner of the hotel.

Awesome people and service. Like family members. Care too much and food also healthy, delicious and fabulous. Incredible behaviour. Room neat and clean. Also provide 24x7 hot water and hot drinking water.

This hotel is better for medium budjet tours. Rooms bathrooms are okk. workers are good & friendly. In front taxi stand is a good advantages of this hotel.. Overall very good for stay...

Hotel rooms are ok...but foods are really bad... .. ... the owner of this hotel thinks himself the real king..he is the worst person I have met in my life....if you don't want to be fooled don't take the package of the hotel owner... rather go direct to the taxi stand in Deorali bazaar...
