Nice hotel to stay....near MG marg 5-7 min walking distance, Food also very hygienic and tasty. Staff behaviour amazing, all staff are very helpful, friendly and they work for delight customer service not for only earn money.... Amaging place to stay.....

We stayed there from 11 January 2024 to 14 January 2024.. Routh ji is a very co-operative person.. He arranged our entire trip, also the pickup drop from Siliguri and arranged everything at a very reasonable rate.... overall very good hospitality they provided.

We are very happy with the services of this hotel staff of hotel was also so good. Cleaning of room was also at satisfactory level. All over experience was so good.The room was quite spacious. Good facilities provided.hot water was available in the bathroom. Just the light of the room was little dim. The food, both breakfast and dinner were tasty. Had a great time for our tour.

We had been there for 4days,excellent service by d owner Mr Jiten Rai. Rooms r neat and clean well maintained. Staff is always on ur hand to serve. Fabulous stay. He provided us Jain food which was too much better even than u get in Mumbai.He is d one who has Marwadi cook in his hotel which makes all d varieties deliciously. Best option specially for Jain food. Openhearted Mr Jiten gave us more Food facilities except d package. He is a person of commitment and made our tour more than our expectations. I would surely recommend to all those who want a better stay in a pure veg hotel.

This is beyond expectation. I am glad that I spent my holiday here. The hotel is pretty decent. It felt exclusive and the facilities matched most of the time. The room was clean and cosy and had a good lay out. the food was good. Everyone in the hotel was also very helpful and always attended with a smile. I would recommend it for

Visit in may 2017.Good deluxe hotel, easily accesible, nice service,frendly staff, ideal hotel for jain and gujurati guest. neat and clean hotel. good for family to stay. all my family had stayed at comfortinn hotel, and same good experience after my visit at gangtok and lachung. also good for old age people -hotel is only 4storage building- bcoz 1st floor and 3rd have veh parking facility. u dont have to take stair case. hotel have ample parking too and food choice is very good(south indian,northindian,jain-gujurati). they have rajasthani maharaj at all comfort hotels.

Stayed here in Nov-15 with a group of 12 people. It was a awasome experience staying here.Location is very near to markets. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, well furnished with attractive interiors. Complementary breakfast and dinner was very good and enough. Room service was very good as staff was very polite and friendly. Tour and travel arrangement was helpful, quick responsive and attractive.I will recommened to friends and relatives to stay here.
