Capital O Hotel Hidden Flower

My recent stay at this was a total disaster. The cleanliness was appalling, with stained carpets, bedsheets, pillows and a moldy smell lingering in the air. The staff were unhelpful and indifferent, and the room was rundown and uncomfortable. Amenities were either non-existent or in poor condition. Overall, it was a regrettable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad incident happened with me. I have booked 3 rooms online that is prepaid and when I come to the hotel they are saying prepaid booking are not allowed you have to pay extra amount. When I registered complaint in OYO they said the hotel already showed our check in but we did not check in. After then we booked another hotel. Terrific experience.

In one word — NO!!! The owner changed in October 2023 and all the booked amount goes to the previous owner. So booking through OYO was useless and I was sent back. At the property, the present owner wanted 50% more money apart from the one paid Online to OYO, which seems gone under water. The biggest regret in recent times. Use caution. Also, the location is on the opposite side of the road mentioned, a 10 minutes heck of a walk, walking down and down a hill. No way...

This is hotel looked reasonable at first. 1st day we arrived the room was clean nothing too fancy. After we came back from touring North Sikkim no room was there for us, then finally we were given a room where supposedly some staff had spent time with their maidens ( "family se kuch ladies beithi thi iss room me" ) in their exact words.... the sheets looked used and the bathroom was dirty. When asked to rectify it we were accused of threatening him and also after entering the manager was drunk with red eyes and started a fight with us and cursed at the owner when asked why the room wasn't ready upon arrival at 10pm. We were somehow able to contact the owner and he apologized and the room was cleaned the following day when we were touring East Sikkim. This entire situation put a dent in our mood though. Also another group had booked in advance but there was no room for them upon arrival and the manager refused to refund them so loud angry shouting followed and it's always loud cuz none of the customers are happy. They clearly overbook and poach people from tours and travels. The owner needs to make a staff change and take more responsibility.

First time visited in gangtok and book this hotel. Services are available at all time and food quality was also good. I preferred to take room no. 109 again while visit here and at the last from the terrace view was also awesome.. and this hotel was near to market and taxi stand..

Great Hotel... Very good staffs and great service... And most importantly... The terrace rooms are heaven... Raushan is very good manager... And very helpful... It was a memorable journey with Hotel Hidden Flower... Miss the place so much... Will be there again whenever we go in Gangtok...

Room was neat and clean. Food was delicious. They arrange our north Sikkim tour packages ,very nice service. Hotel staff also good . Nice experience.

This hotel is located near to MG Road Market. Rooms are good but booking through Cleartrip or online may attract owner to cheat you. The owner booked our Tickets for Nathula with Rs1000/- per person. During journey when we asked to other travellers they paid only Rs.750/-. On return when asked to owner he returned Rs.125/- per person.
