Our stay was excellent. The staff is very courteous and has great hospitality skills, which made us feel truly welcomed. However, there are a few areas where the room facilities can be improved, such as providing a door mat outside the washroom and keeping a small bucket/mug in the bathroom, which would be especially helpful for families with children. From a food perspective, adding a few more options to the menu, such as mixed vegetables and other common dishes, would be appreciated. Also, the food felt a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 4.5+

We stayed here in oct 2025. The stay was pleasant and staff was very helpful. Food was amazing. Due to tista river flood, the guest were very less but the service at hotel was amazing... Rooms were specious and with nice hill view. I recommend to visit again....

The best hotel to stay in Gangtok, the location is prefect, service is the best, view is the best. There is nothing I can say that they needs to improve. They are just best at really affordable prices. The service is absolutely amazing. Cleanliness, behaviour, politeness, location and many other things they are having are really rare to find..! Amazing experience. Most rated place. The elegance and professionalism they have is the best. They just know what tourists wants and they what is required. Recommend to everyone.

We booked five rooms at this hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated that the hotel was able to place our rooms close together on the same floor—this made coordinating as a group much easier. The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The common areas, including the lounge and patio, were perfect for our group to gather and relax. Breakfast was included and had enough variety to satisfy everyone.

Overall it was a good experience. Staff is so so humble. I have selected this hotel based on existing google review. There was a lady staff she is so so good. I forgot her name to mention but she takes care of everything from breakfast to dinner and all other things. But 2 things they should improve is hot water and room heater. After opening the tap and waiting for half n hour also hot water didn’t come. When I called reception they said as guest are less I have to use whatever coming. Next day they said some power issue. I am giving 4 star overall because of the staff mainly.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Had a great experience. The room was great and the staff for very nice and welcoming. They served all our requests to the best possible. Special mention to Dipesh at the reception and Raju at the restaurant who came to our rooms specially because we slept without dinner (which was complimentary by the way, from hotel side, since there was some electrical fault from department side) Would love to stay back here whenever i visit Sikkim. P.S. gave 4 star to service since food service was very slow. Had to wait 40 mins for a tea and pakoda order and 1 hour for dinner. But the taste was great

Great experience staying in this hotel. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and also very good. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We will come back for sure!

* The room was very neat and clean. * The service was very good. * **Suggestion for Improvement:** Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM, so guests checking out earlier may miss it. This could be improved by offering a packed breakfast option for early check-outs.
