I'm writing this review with so much gratitude in my heart for Avinash dada, the owner of this hotel. We booked this hotel for one day and ended up staying 4 days so the review is worth a read.||||* First things first, the hotel is extremely clean, well maintained with all necessary amenities available for a great stay. ||||* Location- Development area (around 1-2 kms away from MG Market). Taxis are available easily, with shared taxis taking only 20-30 rupees per person. ||||* The hotel room had a flabbergasting view of the mountains. It is one of my most memorable thing about this hotel as I would see birds flying through my big window with a serene view of the mountains and beautiful homes nearby. The room had an electric kettle, geyser, toiletries, tea/coffee makers etc. Not to miss, the cot and the amazing mattress will make you forget all the bumpy rides you would have while reaching Gangtok. Special thanks for that!||||* The breakfast provided was so delicious, it made me miss my home so less. With neatly prepared poori, sabji, tea/coffee, bread, butter, jam, fruits, and what not.||||* Avinash dada not only greeted us on our first day, but took over his role as a guardian with guiding us the most accurate way to book our trip thereon. We completely dependent upon his guidance to plan the rest of our trip to North Sikkim (due to him we saved a hefty money on private taxi as he arranged for two other guests from his hotel and we shared the taxi which otherwise would have costed us around 13k more). He also suggested good hotels in North Sikkim where we enjoyed our stay.||||* He also arranged another stay for us in Gangtok when his hotel was facing some electricity issue so that we don't experience any trouble. The other hotel was more costly and still he arranged it for the same price so that we do not suffer. ||||We did not feel away from home because of our host. We thank him and I will always prefer Citrus over any other Hotel in Gangtok anytime. ||||If you are with your family, friends, bf/gf, or even solo.. i would suggest you to book your stay here and see for yourself what hospitality actually means!||||Thanks dada for all your help! ||||Attaching some pictures for your reference.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the staffs were well mannered and polite. This was my 3rd trip to Gangtok in last 7 years and is the best trip by far.||Best part of this hotel is the location, nearly about 1 km from MG Marg,cab is easily available outside the hotel and the city view from the window of the hotel room was mesmerizing.||I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 star from my side.||For the staffs: "Keep up the good work."

Nice and clean rooms except parking is a little difficult to get. Service was excellent and so was the breakfast. Located at a walkable distance to MG Marg. Staff was courteous. Thank you Avinash for a great experience.

As we have planned Sikkim trip. We booked hotel for week. We got great deal for the best room with best view. Because of traffic jam we reached late to gangtok by bus and was afraid that we will get cab for the hotel. In that also manger "Avinash" help us to get cab to hotel and was waiting for us at hotel. He even help us in applying permit for "Noth Sikkim" And even arrange vehicle and place to stay in "North Sikkim". If I talk about hotel room they are so clean and nice. Even hotel staff is very understanding and helpful and they provide delicious breakfast. ||||Location of hotel is also best as it is almost 1- 2 km from "Lal maket" And "MG road "and cabs are also easly available. ||||Because of them our Sikkim trip was so much enjoyable. ||||This is my number one reccomendation if you are planning for " Sikkim trip"

Amazing experience staying there!! Host is very humble and cooperative. I booked a family room which was perfect with all amenities, neat and clean bathroom/beds. The location of hotel is just 25mins walk from MG road also with a near by taxi stand. Highly recommended !!

Very clean rooms and nice service. For food there is a restaurant on above. It is a bit hard to locate the hotel due to a small entrance so make sure to check google map if you are visiting for the first time.

First of all hotel is located in good place and having breathtaking view of mountains, the room are modern and new and staff good attitude, food is excellent, over all a great place to stay. Also near by are tye casinos and market MG marg
