I don‘t know how this place could get such a good rating on Google. All walls of the room were full of mold. The cover of the mattress was slightly wet, the floor and furniture was extremely dirty and the dustbin of the guest before us didn‘t get emtptied. In the end we didn‘t stay at the place because we felt very uncomfortable in the room.

Value for money hotel, Single penny is worth investigating in this hotel. The owner and staff are super friendly. Rooms are well cleaned, staff is available 24*7. 100% trustworthy, strongly suggested go for PRADHAN RESIDENCY.

This hotel isn't 5star nor 3star hotel but also the hotel atmosphere more than any star hotels in gangtok. I highly recommended all gangtok tourist stay here with comforts such as ur own home. And specifically thank you to fotik @sa sahidul da ....thaks a lot visit again ...l...love u...

The only good point of this hotel is that the building is a fine construction..Other than that there is no positive thing about it..|The rooms are damp, ill maintained and smells of moisture..It is in the interiors in a lane away from the main road (about 2-3 kms from city center i.e. the M.G Marg)..You need to get a taxi to reach there..It's location is such that the front rooms gets some sunlight..On the backside there is a damp wall that blocks the sunlight because of which the rooms at the back are always damp..House keeping does not exist..There is a guy named Sangam who does all the work..On the top of that they want all their inmates back to the hotel by 22:00..They close the shutter after that..If you want to party late night at some place then you are screwed..You can get better rooms near M.G Marg or Tibet Road at the same price..If at all one gets stuck at this place, one can take rooms in the first floor which are less musty..

Awesome experience!!! Courteous Staff, good ambience and excellent room. The complimentary breakfast was also worth to be mentioned. Food and rooms was beyond good and great value for money and service..

Good hotel clean and tidy rooms. Service is really good. The owner and the other staff members are really friendly and helpful. U can opt for this place anytime .
