I had a fantastic stay in the hotel! The rooms were very clean, the location was excellent, and the food was delicious. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. The staff and their behavior were excellent. I highly recommend this place!

I had booked the hotel for one night at May 18 2024 recently from Agoda with booking confirmation email receipt received and payment done. I visited the hotel to chech my reservation but the manager said that they were not accepting the online booking due to change in the ownership and had recently opened after completing the renovation.I contacted many times to the number given on the website of the hotel owner but it appeared to be unreachable.I also mailed several times to the property owner regarding the issue and refund but no response was made.This was the first time I had ever been scammed that too on my own home land. I am very much disheartened and had to face this type of bad experience.If they were not accepting the online booking reservations than why to show it on online platforms they could have stopped but they want to scam the innocent people and earn money.So whoever visiting this place or planning to stay please be cautious and first of all contact the hotel before any reservations to be made or else you also have to face the same consequences like me.......Very bad experience at first time.Its my first and last visit to this hotel.... If the owner or whoever scammed me and looking this review please I want my money back it's my hard earned money not like yours just sitting there and scamming the innocent people......

Location is in a very lower area. Worst experience ever ,we kept asking for pillow but we didn't get ..no proper lighting,staff doesn't responds. Timing for dinner order was 8 to 10 but they didn't took our order even at 9 pm. It took 800 rs taxi fare for us to go out and have dinner.

Please update your hotel staff number in google for finding the location !! OYO number is provided who does not share address !! It took15-20 minutes to find the hotel !! For the price they charge it’s great hotel, we were astonished by some room size !! In metro cities 3 hotel rooms can be carved out of there 1 room !! Views are restricted to few rooms, Service is good and rooms are clean but very few people working so multiple time when you need something there won’t be anybody at reception !!

It was just awesome 👍.... so neat and clean rooms, friendly staff, good room service, reasonable price, and the food was the most remarkable..... So tasty and healthy. It will give u a homely feel.. u can eat whatever you want just ask.. it's location is just fine. 10- 15 min distance from MG road...I will highly suggest this hotel.. it made our trip more memorable..

Excellent stay at Hotel Villa Royalle Bar and Restaurant at Gangtok.Hotel was very clean and nice rooms. I would say 4 star by European standards. We took valley view rooms, the view is very nice. The restaurant is nice with very good friendly staff. The food was very good. Very helpful and cordial Mr. Anand was very friendly and always gave a personal touch to everything. Definitely recommend a stay here when in Gangtok.

It was a nice place for stay. Excellent food. Hotel to M.G Marg around 2km. But sharing taxi available. Staff shortage problem at hotel, but they managed very well. We couldn't face any problem by shortage of staff. Thanks to Hotel team work. Definitely love to stay here again.
