Green Park Hotel

I went last 3days ago, this hotel is near M.G Marg. Rooms are very airy and spacious with amazing view. All 8 rooms are with balcony. They have car parking facility. Food is very tasty and staff behavior is also very good. Overall I am very satisfied.

Rooms are spacious and clean with a good view and balcony.. Service and hospitality are the best thing about this hotel.. The manager, Mr Sushanta Dutta is very kind, helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to parcel my lost purse.. Best service and rooms with a view at an affordable price..

I came all the way from Gujarat and this hotel was amazing, the service was very good , the food was very delicious and also the view was spectacular, ( the bathroom was also very clean) 10/10 would recommend

Great stay at Hotel Green Park – Highly recommended Regarding common expected amenities that were available: Adequate blankets were kept in the wardrobes for the winter condition of December. Our room had a good balcony overlooking the mountain ranges. We could see a snowcapped mountain from our balcony. Large spacious double-bedded room. Hot water from geyser was available in Bathroom shower and wash basin. Bath towel was replaced every day. Tea bag, milk powder, sugar, coffee sachet was given every day. Room was equipped with hot Water Boiler kettle. Calling bell to reception was installed in room, through which we can request reception for water refill or any other room service. Room was very neat and clean.

Hotel Green Park was our destination in Sikkim for 6 days visit to Gangtok, Lachen and Lachung.||The scenic view from this hotel was superb with beautiful mountains and valleys. Rooms are very clean, tidy and spacious and also equipped with balcony, large windows and all other necessary facilities. What you can say, a perfect place to stay with your family. Never forget about Mr. Jay, the man behind all these, will take care of everything, whatever you need, always available at your service 24x7.||I came all the way from Calgary, Canada but never felt anything about cleanliness and food at this hotel. Everything was so organized just because of Mr. Jay and his team. This is not a luxury hotel but more of a home. I can buy luxury but not the special care from these guys.||This place will definitely provide you the feeling that you are still at home with very friendly staff and food. You just have to request whatever you want you will get them fresh everyday. I really appreciate and a special thanks to everyone for taking care of us so nicely and I would like to revisit this place again.||||Atanu Pradhan

Basic hotel. Big rooms and washroom with tiny balcony attached. Stayed in last week of May which is prime tourist season. Wifi was not working. Room provided was below the road level so view was obstructed by jungle and trees behind the hotel. Manager is nice and helpful. Hot water was 24x7. Bed and room could have been cleaner. Ask for rooms on upper floors. Taxis are frequent to uphill and downhill. Can walk also if you don't mind little climbing. Not worth a premium but good place if you get a deal.

I suspect this may be the best value accommodation in Gangtok. It is deliberately intended to be basically comfortable at a great price point. For me, everything worked, all was tidy, and the view was just great. If you appreciate clean, quiet, and calm then this is the place for you!||||I spoke with the owners (who live on the premises) and it was clear that they take pride in providing excellent services to travelers, but also in supporting their staff and the local community. And, they were proactive in applying discounts for my unusually long stay and for the off-season.||||If you are a world traveler who appreciates quality services, has tales to tell and questions to ask, you have come to the right place; your hosts will like to meet you!||||Incidentally, there have been comments on the location: it's about a kilometre from MG Marg, and up a hill. To be precise, by my count it's 270 stairs up to the reasonably pedestrian-friendly Jeewan Theeng Marg road. That's about 5 minutes on a stepping machine at a gym (but without the fees!). I've done it daily. Though there are some services nearby, if that seems like a challenge to you, you will need a cab to get into downtown. But that's just life, living in a city on the side of a beautiful mountain!
