Iris Inn

I had a very unpleasant experience at Iris Inn Hotel during my stay. The most concerning issue was the behavior of the manager. When we returned from dinner at around 10:20 PM, we found the hotel locked from the outside. Despite knocking multiple times, it took a while before the manager opened the door. To our shock, he was intoxicated and behaved very rudely with us. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of hospitality is unacceptable. Guests should feel safe and welcomed, but instead, we felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I would not recommend this hotel unless they take serious action to improve their service and staff behavior.

This hotel is the worst nightmare a customer could ever have. Water is extremely scarce in this area and the hotel manager was drunk. There was a partial amount of food available. Only one young boy was sent to our room.

No one should go to this hotel by mistake. There are many paranormal activities here. Room number 203 and 202... Even in the whole building. Everyone here knows about this but does not tell anyone in advance...

The hotel location and atmosphere are very good. Friendly behaviour of staff. If anyone wants to stay in a peaceful location they can stay here. Just 5 mnt. away from SNT busstand and beside Paljor Stadium.

You can see Kanchanjangha from here. Mall road is 800 meters from here. Service is good.
