Hotel O Nourpem Residency

This is the worst Hotel ever, the staff were very rude, and the location was the worst. They said the market would be within walking distance. It'll took you a Hike to even cover half the road. The rooms were in very bad condition. When asked for fixing the TV they said there's no connection, But the other booked room, where our other family where, they had all connection. If you really want to waste your money, and enjoyment, You can book this hotel

Had a worst experience. The hotel is good but the service and behaviour are worst. I will recommend to not to book this hotel anymore. The food is also very bad and every dishes are unhygienic

If you book this hotel you are completely putting your money into Dustbin. Total wastage of Time, Money and everything. Also the Staffs need to learn hospitality. DO NOT book this hotel.

All staff are very rude... Worst hotel. Manager's behavior was like prime minister...don't go this hotel. Food was not bad But price was high..

Worst hotel. This does not deserve any ⭐. Rooms are very dirty. Bathroom also not good. Behaviour of the stuffs are also unprofessional. Don't provide any requirement. The manager is very much reluctant about any problem. Not fit for staying in this hotel. Westage of money. Mainly the agent of Kolkata of this hotel has been given wrong information .

Worst hotel of Gangtok . Their most luxurious rooms are also dirty , floors are broken and doing creepy sound when walking , bathrooms and bathroom equipments are dirty and damaged , gyser is not in working condition. And most important the behaviour of those hotel staffs was so bad and rude when we asked for a good quality room . We left the hotel in the afternoon and checked in another hotel .

Had a wonderful experience staying in Nourpem Residency. Staffs are very courteous & friendly. The rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was also in a good condition. The quality of the food was good. MG Marg is located at a walking distance. Overall it was wonderful experience.

Worst hotel ever I have ever stayed.. Shame to all the staffs of this hotel. Fully waste of money 😔 Staffs are coming without knocking the door. What is privacy one cannot feel in this hotel
