Sherwa - a boutique hotel

I booked this hotel from travel agency . 1. They provided same cold pale food (remaining food from another guest) for 2 days continuously . 2. They are not providing towels , soaps and even toothpicks . They just say no , we don't have one . 3. Treatment with respect to another guest and us is very different. They provided freshly prepared food to others with good presentation and proper morning tea , To us they provide tasteless food , they give 2 peices of paneer in a small bowl and say no to more paneer or gravy . 4. They removed landline connection too . They wire was packed and not even connected with socket . We have a really bad experience there .

Hotel is located in bypass road, 3 K.M from M.G marg. less crowded area. The service of the hotel is surprisingly excellent. Staffs are very friendly and well mannered. Food quality is up to the mark.

The room service was also excellent, and the housekeeping staff were always available to attend to any requests. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Gangtok, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food with a great variety of options, and the staff are always available to assist with any dietary requirements. Overall, I would highly recommend Sherwa Hotel Gangtok to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gangtok. The staff, amenities, and location make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers, and I cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel in the future. Wonderful experience at this hotel at Gangtok. We stayed here for four nights in two room. The main positive point is their service. Always positive attitude whether it's in restaurant area or in the room. The washrooms have facilities of hot water and very hygenic. Overall I'll recommend this hotel for the food and their services. All the food from breakfast to dinner is really very tasty.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and all the staffs were amazing and specially Mr Twiary is very humble...The customer service is excellent, they always go above and beyond to make their customer happy and comfortable to make the stay enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Gangtok Thank you.

The service at here is amazingly impressive and Excellent. Staffs here are extremely helpful, caring and available on request. Apart, cleanliness, varities on food including its taste and qualities could never be under estimated. Rooms view so amazing. 1 km distance from m. g marg butt cab srvice all time available Furthermore, the environment here suits all age group and for people from any background as the services are tailored to individual needs. Moreover, I would appreciate the managers and the overall management of this hotel

The hotel is not to close to M. G. MARG, Gangtok but the hotel is very peachful. The service is also very good. This is very neat and clean hotel and the owner is a very good and helpful person. If you want to stay in a calm place, this hotel is recommended for you.

We had a booking of 4 rooms among 8 people and in every room basic hygiene were missing both in Gangtok and Lachen. The toilets and bed sheets were not properly cleaned. It was really disturbing when you come all the way and witness unhygienic rooms for your stay. We had to ask hotel manager to re-clean the rooms before we settle there. Also, this place is far from the main city/MG road and mostly local taxi don’t understand it’s exact location and GPS doesn’t show it properly. Just trust the cab driver and you should also know some landmarks for further explanation. The food was okay.

A nice hotel. We stayed here for two nights in a room with balcony. The main positive point is their service. Always positive attitude whether it's in restaurant area or in the room. The washrooms have facilities of hot water and very hygenic. Overall I'll recommend this for the view, the food and the services. All the food from aloo parantha to poori sabji to toast omlette, rice, dal and sabji and other main course is really very tasty. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing..nd specially manager Mr. Arnab Panja is very humble nd food is really very good ..the customer service is excellent, they always go above and beyond to make their customer happy and comfortable to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Gangtok. Thank you.
