Worst experience 😭 of lifeThis hotel room is good but this hotel is involve in scam of tourist loot. Tour and travel agency sent me this hotel and then this hotel manager said I don't know I only provide room. My package is of Lachung Gangtok local sightseeing Gangtok to Darjeeling transfer Lachung food but he denied to tour of Lachung first day and took us local tour after 1:00 PM and I can't cover all local sightseeing because of time whenever he told in night beready at 10:00 am second day you will go Lachung. Second day he said from 9:00 am after 10 min vehicle will come but till 3:00 PM no vehicle will come and from 12:00 PM he said you vacate room and sit at reception area. At reception area 3-4 family is also suffering from same issue whom I saw. Hotel manager not took any response and demand money whenever I paid already 20000 to tour package agent. Then only for two days room stay and local sightseeing he said pay again 10000. When we denied to vacate room he took me District court after saying lie that you will go Lachung At 3:00 PM driver denied to go to Lachung and he again demanded money. We said you will return my money otherwise we will go to police station. He threatened us to he will not let go us anywhere until we have no pay 23500. Without tour completion we can pay. This hotel is involve in such scam and tied up with such fraud, so guys be aware and don't book a room among such people who is busy in such scam. Money is your'S, Choice is your'S You can enjoy trip or can suffer during trip like me and lost time and money both. So, plz guys be alert.

Hotel with great deal in Gangtok. Stayed there for a day during our visit to sikkim. Its budget friendly hotel so no major amenities. Service was good Owner is too humble and will make your stay comfortable. Pocket pinch is reasonable. MG road is nearby so we had our meal in nearby restaurant. Just one thing that can be improved is meal, their in house restaurant charges is higher with limited food options. Otherwise Overall good.

We have received a marvelous experience by staying here. Calm and clean with a wonderful hill view. Best place for family & couple stay. I must come here in future. Although it's little bit far from Mg Marg, inspite of happy and peaceful living you have to consider it. Mr Isaak, the service man was great. Mr Arthur, the owner was so cordial.

I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. If you are looking for a hotel that truly understand the meaning of hospitality look no further . ( I can't wait to return and experience the stay )

I visited here on 28 May with my family and stayed for 3 nights. Nice,clean and spacious room with good quality food. The staff were very helpful and supportive. Overall a nice experience. Will definitely visit again when in Gangtok.

A magnificent experience staying in the residence. Influenced by all the things over there during the stay. They welcomed us in a warm note and since then took care of every little things at all time. The manager cum owner of the hotel provided amazingly accurate recommendations to add value in our daily commution and sight seeing experience. They organized daily dinner, and breakfast according to our choice and maintained perfect hygiene and taste. On the top they self-planned amazing deserts to win our hearts. All the stuffs were lovely in behavior and ever ready in response. Also,they never stepped back to give us additional helps and supports. We never felt like staying in a hotel, which is a rare case whatsoever. All the ambience was homely, and we enjoyed a joyous period. Lastly, we were captured by the soft, breezy behaviour of the owner, that piled up the joy even more. Won't look for other options for dwelling nights in the eastern part of Sikkim.

Great value stay and there is parking space as well. The owner is nice guy, love his Ninja 300 and good moto enthusiast. We took the 3 bed room in the ground floor and it was good and Spacey. Clean washroom, bedsheets and everything. The parking space can accommodate 2-3 cars. For landmark it's next to Zostel. MG Road is about 2km from the location. Overall good quiet location. Will go for it again in future.

One of life's worst experiences staying in this 'Hotel'. There was no running water including hot, had to beg & plead to get half a bucket of water which was not clean. Even drinking water was not provided along with basic toiletries & clean linen. The owners were very rude & threatened to rope in cops when we demanded discount for their deficiency of service. Please do not go by Google reviews which by & large are fudged. Share this review to alert unsuspecting travellers to succumb to such scheming service providers.
