Just 1 km from MG road. GO for it for peaceful and nature loving stay. Awesome place. Big rooms with delicious homemade foods by suraj bhai with a very nominal charges compare to other places here at gangtok. Tenzin Bhai is highly professional and cooperative Manager.

The location was good. The rooms were spacious, clean and very much comfortable. The hotel's ambience was very good. But the kitchen service was poor. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the quantity was very less. They gave us only two pieces of barely cooked bread per person without butter. Even the tea we ordered was served 2 hours late and was not properly brewed. Overall, they really need to improve their food service. Otherwise our stay was good.

A Disastrous Hotel Experience!!!!!!!! Our much-anticipated stay at the hotel quickly descended into a nightmare of incompetence, negligence, and outright deception. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was not the haven of comfort and hospitality we had hoped for. As we stepped into the lobby, our first impression was one of abandonment. The reception area was devoid of any staff, leaving us to wander aimlessly, wondering if we had stumbled upon a ghost town rather than a hotel. After what felt like an eternity, a disheveled individual finally appeared, offering little in the way of a warm welcome. Our troubles only escalated from there. Despite having prepaid for breakfast through Agoda, the man at the front desk repeatedly insisted that there was no breakfast available. His dismissive attitude and indirect blame-shifting, suggesting that we should have paid in person, only added insult to injury. It was as if our inconvenience was inconsequential to him, a mere inconvenience to be brushed aside. The state of the hotel itself was appalling. The unkempt corridors and grimy rooms spoke volumes about the lack of care and attention to detail. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority, and we found ourselves questioning the hygiene standards with every step we took. Adding to our frustration was the parking debacle. A stranger informed us that the parking facility adjacent to the hotel was not theirs, leaving us scrambling to find a safe place to leave our vehicle. The lack of organization and communication only served to compound our growing sense of unease and disappointment. In the end, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. We strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. The indifference of the staff, the dirty and unkempt surroundings, and the overall lack of care make this establishment wholly unfit for guests. Save yourself the trouble and never book this hotel!!!!

I would like to give zero rating for this horrible place. I suggest never book this hotel. I booked it through Oyo i paid the total amount . And guess what happened when reached the destination I was informed my booking is cancelled. Hotel is not ready to give me room after paying total amount in advance. I was standing on road with my luggage and family. If you want to avoid this horrible experience and waste of your money please don't book this place. Hotel staff are rude and acting like fraud. I think this place is fraud. Don't get in trap as I think all good ratings are of there known person. I suggest not to book this place better you can look hotels in MG road which main hub. Instead booking this and get cheated at last moment and this place far from MG road. So avoid transportation cost also by not booking this.

Horrible experience I suggest never book the hotel. They are greedy for money only. Better look other place. They can cancel your booking anytime after paying full amount also. They are on all the platforms from oyo, make my trip, Agoda, & others. They can cancel your booking anytime by giving any rubbish excuse. The reason for cancellation is money they want to charge for hotel whatever they like. Even service and location is not worth paying. What is use of staying there if you have pay 120 -140 rupees each time to go MG road. They are fraud wanting just money and nothing else. So better look for other place.

It's a lovely place to hangout with your family, the staff is well mannered, specially Tenzin is a good soul who helped us alot in making our stay comfortable.

Nice location. View from the rooms are mesmerizing. Rooms were really big and the surrounding was so nice. But the caretaker there during the day time was so drunk that he didn't know what he was saying. Other people were good.
