Hotel Bella Casa

We traveled to Gangtok in a group with a tour company so they had booked rooms for us. Our room size was good and clean . But 3 of my friends were sharing one room . That room was small for 3 people . Mattress was provided on the floor which was not comfortable as it was cold . Their bathroom flush was not working properly . The bathroom had instant water heater and after each use , it took almost 20-25 minutes for the water to heat up . They should install boilers in the bathroom . Our package included breakfast and dinner . So food was tasty and hotel manager and staff were helpful and humble. Location wise it’s on the main road.

We travelled to east sikkim with family with a travel agent. We stayed Bella casa hotel in Gangtok for 2 days. Worst experience. Specially the manager's ( pinaki ghosh ) behaviour was too rude & rough. After we came back from sightseeing, he didn't even agree to give us a cup of tea. He even hesitates to cook for the child. They served same breakfast and dinner for 2 days. The bathroom flush was not working properly. Despite saying they haven't changed any bedsheets or towels for 2 days. The staff's behaviour is good. The manager is behaving as if he is grateful for letting us stay. Such behavior is not expected from a manager.

We paid for deluxe rooms – what we got were standard rooms reeking of filth, with stained towels, used bedsheets, and stinking bathrooms. In Gangtok, the hotel staff bluntly refused to help us with luggage because “duty 10 baje khatam ho gayi.” I, being the only young member of our group, had to carry luggage for 9 people down two floors at midnight. stayed there for 4 nights, and we had absolutely the same menu everyday, with oily pooris and sabji in breakfast, tasteless poha and bread with limited butter. Dinner was Aloo chicken, Paneer Masala and dal rice for 4 days straight. They changed our rooms the last 2 days, which seemed like deluxe rooms, but the sheets and towels were the same- old stained and soiled. We had to carry bottles to our rooms everyday as they didnt provide water in kettles in rooms, even that water provided in restaurants to carry to our rooms wasnt RO purified , kettles in rooms not working. a huge tobacoo spit dustbin right at the dining area. my room even had a dirty used towel hung on the shower. no toilet rolls. They even denied us coffee for breakfast from the 2nd day saying that our food manager doesnt allow us to serve so much coffee.

Very poor quality rooms. Service quality extremely poor. Food also not up to the mark. Rude behavior of manger and staff. Not recommended at all. Please avoid.

Hotel Bella Casa has its pros and cons. On the positive side, some rooms offer a lovely scenic view, making the stay enjoyable. However, there are significant downsides. Housekeeping staff are unavailable after 3 PM, and despite repeated requests, we had to argue a lot before the staff finally helped clean the room. Additionally, certain rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell coming from a nearby gutter / garbage, which was very disappointing. While the location is convenient, the lack of consistent service and maintenance detracts from the overall experience. Improvements in these areas would make it a better place to stay. Also, the hotel is nearby to Vajra Mall which has famous outlet like KFC, Trends, Reliance Digital etc

Worst Experience we stay here For 4 days every day they Provide us Same Breakfast and Dinner they given us Use Towels and Bedsheets and Also There staff is Not Available at night after 10.30pm.

Okay type. But when I entered the hotel, the hotel completely dark 1 or 2 staff around the hotel. Room was cleaned but bathroom not cleaned properly. Foods was nice i really like their foods and food was so much tasty. Locationwise quite far from MG Marg which I don't like at all.
