Mandarava Hotel

Hospitality, room and foods are very great, especially Mr.Pallab who is incharge is very friendly and keep on checking about everything during our stay. Overall experience is very good and will definitely recommend this hotel for my friends.

Thank you Hotel Mandrava for your hospital. One of the best hotels in Upper Sichey. The property is new and super clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A special thanks to Ms Diksha from reception who helped us out and looked after us.

Don't book this hotel. staff is very unprofessional. you will struggle for basic needs in this hotel. food test is also bad. recently when I visited Gangtok I stayed in this hotel. we faced lot issues in hotel Mandarava Gangtok. my package was included with food service but they not served us dinner. after lot of arguments with staf. they taken order and prepare food. next morning there was no water in tap. no staff was avilable in hotel for help. there was only a lady receptionist present she also don't have any answer about water problem, very bad experience with this hotel.

We visited here during end of December and we had a good experience. Luxurious rooms for the money. Very neat and clean rooms with great view of gangtok hills. Hot water kettle is provided in the room. Clean bathroom with geyser. Food provided here is tasty. Good service and hospitality.

A very bad experience staying at mandarva. No hospitality, no staff, I had to go out for a bucket of water to take bath. Bad breakfast options. Unhygienic environment . I ordered food two times for dinner during my stay but the preparation was not tasty and smells bad. And one will laugh at the quantity they serve.
