Our stay was a mixed experience. The breathtaking view from our room was undoubtedly the highlight. The owner was friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. Conveniently located amidst locals, the hotel offered an authentic experience of the area.However, several issues marred our experience: inconsistent water supply, a faulty toilet flush requiring manual bucket assistance.Notably, the absence of a lift posed difficulties for guests on upper floors, particularly seniors. While the room was clean, infrastructure upgrades are necessary to elevate this hotel. With improvements in water supply, toilet facilities, and accessibility, this hotel has immense potential.

The owner of the hotel is good but his staff is very bad. Don't know how to behave with a tourist. 500 rupees are asked for opening the door of the hotel at 10 o'clock in the night.

The hotel has no lift if anyone books online he may be alloted 5th floor rooms which you have to go by stairs. Bathrooms are not good and have a water levelling issue. Do not book any taxi from hotel manager as he will charge double the same for any sightseeing.

Our host Mr. Dorji was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. The rooms were clean and the service was good too. Of all we loved the complimentary breakfast very much which helped us on our sightseeing trip a lot as we hardly had to stop for lunch. Thank you Dorji ji 🙏

This hotel undoubtedly had offered us great hospitality. The manager there is an amazing person! We had a wonderful four night and five days stay through Oyo. The room provided to us had a balcony which overlooked the mountains and the view every morning would be just amazing. The food over there is also very good and the room was clean as well as spacious for three adults. The bathroom was even clean and very well organised .. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely looking forward to be there again! Thank you sir for making our stay so memorable!

Amazing viewpoint of Mt Kanchenjunga from room. Service is very nice. Amenities and food is good. There is 1 catch, if you want to get the best view, you have to book 4th or 5th floor but unfortunately there is no lift. Elderly people or people with difficulty to climb up stairs must book the first floor or 2nd floor rooms in advance. Rest everything is amazing. Good job to Darji sir, Norbu Sir, Suraj & Deepak. Thank you for the beautiful stay at your hotel.

Just because I have to rate something. There is not enough staff. The food at the restaurant sucked. The rooms were okayish. The bathrooms seemed like they haven't been cleaned for months. Just because I paid in advance therefore I stayed, otherwise I would've preferred ANY other hotel. If you check in at night you'd have to take your luggage to your room by yourself. There isn't enough staff. No lift. I had to carry my 2 trolleys all by myself for 5 freaking floors. For the complimentary breakfast they just provided me with a quarter bowl filled with maggi, I mean my 4 year young sister eats more than that.

The hotel is perfectly placed near MG Road and SNT bus stand. But the rooms are really damp and dark. The washroom had a water leveling issue and water was stuck on the floor. But one of the major plus points was the owner - he is very helpful and friendly. The staff were also good and supportive.
