The stay at hotel named SAI RESIDENCY GANGTOK was very satisfying..... actually we did not expect such amenities and exemplary services. The owner MR SAUGATA SEN and the MANAGER is a well behaved person...and other staffs too.....from breakfast to dinner the food was very nice.....they provided us the best cab service with well behaved drivers. We will surely recommend others to visit the hotel.....thank you for everything...... remain same....

The room is huge. The distance from MG Marg is very far away and we were lied to because the owner claimed that it is easy by a car that will take 40 bucks. The car distance is 16 mins and walking is 45. This was not conveniently mentioned. The tariff was higher than it deserved to be. Pathetic experience because not accessible to anything. The owners only know how to take money but not give the adequate services to a customer. Business does not work by duping customers sadly.
