The Leenor Regency

It was a devastating experience being staying there. I would say you should never prefer this hotel. The rooms don't have proper switch boards as well as the room has spider not just one or two more than than . The foods are tasteless. If You wish for good food in this hotel run right away. There is salt in the food equal to nothing. We stayed 3 nights there but they never came to take the trash out .

Nice place, staff was courteous and always eager to assist you. Food was good. Away from MG marg but given nearby taxi stand is there you can take a shared or normally cab from there.

Terrible hotel definitely not satisfied by the service Terrible food and out of 6-7 sockets only 2-3 were working .... not worth staying

Leenor Regency would have been a decent hotel if not for the manager, Wasim, who runs the show in this property like a ring leader. He has zero knowledge about courtesy or hospitality. Being from the hospitality industry this is basic. This fellow seems to be just picked up from the roadside and placed on the managers chair. The overall experience is therefore horrid and very unpleasant. He is only looking out at making overhead earnings like giving out room heaters at an extra charge. Charging and lecturing guests on the smallest of stains on the bedsheets. If the owner of this property manages to read this review..they should take this as a genuine advice/feedback, and get a replacement for this uncouth person for someone who atleast knows how to make the guests feel welcome. He is definitely ruining the reputation and the business of this otherwise newly founded property. Besides this the hotel rooms are pleasantly decorated and are clean. The other staff is also helpful.

Food is good, rooms are neat and clean, reachable by mg marg by 30 rs taxi. I opted for free breakfast and dinner. It does not have much options ( no buffet) but that is what you will get in most of the hotels in Gangtok. Go for it, worth it

Nice stay, clean rooms, good food, friendly staff. Our stay was good. Rooms at top floor have good view as well.
