Lovely place !! A must visit for everyone who is planning to visit Gantok. I would specially recommend the outstanding services provided by one of the staff members of the hotel named Abhijit Mondal. We were extremely delighted by his superb services and his sincere dedication by which he rendered his sevices. Thank you Ghasso Residency for the warm welcome and top notch customer service. Close to 2 kms of MG road, the hotel service and people are great. There are occassional electric city cuts but they come up immediately. The key card did not work when we went there but we expect that issue to be resolved soon. It was a value for money hotel as they gave food 3 times as well.

The hotel is located at sichey which is a few kms from MG marg...good peaceful environment...spacious and good views...the current manager and the staff are very friendly and apt...food is okish but the prices are low as well...most basic amenities are provided...clean sheets and towels...

The only responsible hotel in Gangtok. The owner is kind and responsible. Responded quickly as and when needed. The food is good. The rooms are specious and clean. Good vibes and pleasant stay.

Best place to stay in Gangtok. The staff is very helpful and cordial. Food is nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is very cooperative.

It is one of the worst hotels that I have visited...we came as a group with our family..were very disappointed with it..we booked more than 5 rooms..not even single room was clear even after giving 1hr...not even felt to give 1 star for this ...no response from the hotel management...even water is not available from washrooms...very disappointed...it has great location and scenery from the windows but it has no use if the hotels are not managed properly..

It was my family trip to gangtok and I select this property for our stay which was a very comfortable stay for us. The rooms was really maintained with all the amenities we required view from rooms was really great. The property was hardly 7 km away from Mall road gangtok and walking distance from taxi stand. All the staff was very courtesy and always forward to help which made us more familiar. Overall it was a comfortable stay for us. Highly recommended for family trip. Must visit Kaya Ghasso and we also look forward to visit again.
