Hotel Flora Fountain

I could have given less than a Star to this hotel services are very bad only thing that they do is sweet sweet talk no service no responsibility and I would suggest not go to hotel like this anymore for anyone....

Rooms are not clean. Service was very very bad. Dont go with family. Location was also far away from mall road and non view room.

It was wonderful experience in this hotel. Staff was soo humble and polite. Chef was too good and he cooks tasty food. We were treated by Sandeep all the days of stay and he is an excellent guy. Varun, the manager, also treated us so good. Near to all site seeing points. I am recommending this for all.

Very nice hotel in Devlopment area I loved the sevice When I call to hotel owner for booking about room. Mr Varun Agarwal he speaks so nicely I think he spread love from his mouth at that time Duniya me hai kitne nafrate fir bhi dilo me hai kitni chaatein I decided that I will stay in this hotel l speak most of the hotel in gangtok But the behaviour of this owner is much sweet Excellent hotel for staying in if you are visiting gangtok The rooms are very clean and hygienic We stay for 3 days with family during the Holi weekend Staff were very helpful Mr Sameer is best manager he give his best service and we had a comfortable stay at the hotel

It was really a good hotel with all amenities with good quality food. Staff were very cooperative and provided us with a very good support and assistance during our two days stay at the hotel. I would like to thanks Mr. Sameer (Manager) for his great coordination and support during our stay at the hotel. Mr. Sameer is very attentive and always approachable. I would also like to thanks the owner of the property Mr. Varun Agarwal. In short I can say this place can be visited again for sure.

Highly recommended for the hotel manager Mr Sameer Chettri. Food was also good. And the service was excellent. Location is just down the lane and 10-15 minutes walking from M G Marg .

first and foremost would like to Thank Mr. Varun, Owner of the hotel for helping us right from the beginning of booking the hotel till the last day of our stay. A humble gentlemen who values customer service and customer satisfaction more than the money. Thank you Mr Varun for our trip to Sikkim a memorable one. Everything was perfectly and meticulously planned right from pickup from Bagdogra airport till our last day drop to railway station.||||About the hotel One of the best hotel to stay along with the family, , great service and good and hygienic food served. Proper sanitization and thermal screening was there. Covid safety protocols were taken care off fully by the hotel. Staff were always helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay at the hotel..||||Highly recommended for Family, Friends and Couples. Location wise it is good and close to MG Marg.||||Once again Thank Mr Varun and his team for making our stay pleasent.

worst, worst, worst.... what I can say more. Don't trust on the photos and reviews. I think maximum review are fake. We got dirty, small room, full of mosquitos and ants. Room was totally different as compared to the photos they posted. Sheets, pillows are very dirty and smelly. Check photos I posted before booking and ruining your night.
