My stay at Kingston by Yagi Group was nothing short of exceptional. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The highlight of my visit, however, was undoubtedly the food. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and crafted with such care that I couldn’t stop raving about it. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the culinary team outdid themselves. To top it all off, the view from the hotel was breathtaking. Waking up to the serene sight of the mountains was an experience I’ll cherish forever. It’s rare to find a place that perfectly combines excellent hospitality, mouthwatering food, and stunning natural beauty—but Kingston by Yagi Group delivers it all. Large and neat rooms, very kind and helpful staff. Nice food, non spicy. Location is little away from MG road, but manageable even by foot. Overall a good hotel to stay.

During our 3 day long stay in Gangtok, this was a good decision to stay here. Amazing hospitality and good food. The staff is courteous and very respectful. Would love to recommend to all. The rooms are also well maintained.|The location is close to MG Road.

The trip to Sikkim was wonderful, thanks to the hotel management. Special mention goes to Moumita Das, whose exceptional behavior and helpful nature greatly assisted us. Despite it being our first visit to Sikkim, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable.

It is a 4-star hotel in Gangtok, and our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. A deluxe room is available for about 1800 rupees (including taxes), while a premium room, which includes a bathtub, can be booked for around 2100 rupees (with taxes). Overall, the hotel and rooms offer a premium experience. The food was decent as well.

Great services & hospitality. Stayed here for two days with family. Everyone should take a visit here atleast once. A great place to stay & enjoy. One of the best places in Gangtok. Wishing all a very happy stay here. First visit to Gangtok has been a great one

Delightful service, helpful staff, prime location and super reasonable price ! Very close to MG Marg, waterfalls.|The food is great. Chef personally took in charge to suit our taste and it yum. We had dinner and breakfast. Chicken Kasa and crispy corn were fab.

Highlights of our 2 nights stay. The hotel is well located in the capital city. Close to mall road and other local attractions. Staff is so polite specially Mr.Sukhman and Mr.Basumatary. They were really helpful and polite and quick to respond. The restaurant staff was also well trained and very polite. Very impressed by the hospitality of everyone in the hotel. The place needs a few improvements which I will list down- Bath amenities need to be improved such as provision of toilet slippers and a bathroom mat. The room needs a clean carpet and some makeover. The room was clean but just needs a Little makeover. Otherwise everything was perfect. I had visited with my family and the location was safe.
