Inadequate quantity and quality of food. Lack of interest among the staff in catering to the needs of guests. Rooms were good but most of the washrooms had broken faucets which made it difficult to use the washrooms. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

One of the most memorable stay in the entire trip. Rooms are very luxurious, foods are awesome. Room services are very good and well maintained. All the staffs are very polite and really helpful. After we came back from Lachun all wet, they gave us really nice service by providing room heaters, hot foods.

Overall experience below average. Managed, Served and Run by inexperienced staff, the whole stay was a terrible experience. Location is also quite far away from the centre.. and you will end up spending a ransom on taxi commute. Suggest look for a better property than wasting your money here.

We spent three nights here on an educational tour with 60 heads and I must say that everything was excellent, especially the staff are very attentive. As for the room, it's excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others who have an Edu tour business trip and family trip.

It was a really great experience to stay at such a in . The behaviour of all the staff were all well behaved and the quality and the quantity of food were great . The rooms were very neat and clean including the washrooms . All the electronic items were perfectly working and were in great condition.
