Well, to start with, the ambiance of the rooms and its cleanliness is just Amazing. They are well maintained and have every thing to suit your requirements. The hotel is located at a perfect place from the MG marg and a very convenient route is available to MG Marg from the Hotel. The most special point is that the staff here and the food here is authentic bengali. If you want to get a Bengali vibe right at Gangtok, you must book a night here then 😉 ✨️

To be honest, this hotel staff is so kind and adorable. You will get TV with connection, hot water and separate toilet bathroom attached with individual room. you can get entry into their kitchen and modify your food or make ur own food there staff will help you throughout during cooking. Hence you won't be regret at all. Go for this without any doubt.

I just loved to stay here. I spent 3 nights and didnt want to check out. The manager, staff everyone was so very humble and supportive. I didnt have to ask anything. I got everything on time. Moreover, the Bengali dishes served were too yummy. I would love to go again. Thanks Dipayan Da, Gyan da. :)

The hotel staff very good and helpful.. The foods are bengali based. Rooms were great, clean and well decorated. I visited two times and stay two times in this hotel. Manager Dipu, ajit, sumit are all good This hotel is 15 minutes from M.G marg by walking..

Worst ever experience.. unprofessional, arrogant, uncooperative, misbehaving staffs... utterly disgusting rooms although clean .. service and behavior of the staffs are pathetic ... first they didn't ready the room prior to our arrival ... then they didn't even provided lunch till 2 pm ( 3 hours after our arrival ). They intentionally turned off the geyser during chilling nights and we have to relive ourselves using chilled water only.. Our tour payment was scheduled to be paid at the end of the tour ... but they forced us to pay just after our arrival.. and even said ' পেমেন্ট দিন সব বলে দেব ' ' give us money first then I will share the details ' as they didn't share the details of our car to lachen ..and intentionally delayed our journey .. Entire experience is a nightmare..

The Hotel Is Like 10-12 min Walking Distance From Mg marg... The behaviour of staffs and the rooms both are phenomenal❤️... But there is no view room in that hotel..you have to walk like 2-3 min to see the mountain ranges...( It will be hard for any older person to reach mg marg easily as between that 10-12 min walk beginning portion of the road is very steepy🙁 from hotel)...
