Capital O Hotel Himsikha

One of the best hotel I have seen so far in gantok. The employees were very hospitable and professional. Rooms were well maintained and clean . The room I stayed in also had a amazing view of hill sight . The quality of service was top notch .

This is the worst place to stay, i booked through OYO on which i have been denied checked in however we have paid fully, when OYO intervened they shifted us to another very interior property. food service is like delay of 4 hours and the lady on reception has no shame, and very rude, she will definitely ruin your holiday mood.

Avoid this place at any cost...why Poor service overall They are after your money ( Charged us ₹4500 ) Worst food Dirty rooms full of cockroaches No water ....you can add all Very far from city center (pay for taxi 200 from city center) It was booked by Calcutta tour operators....first I will blame him...they have an understanding .(keep some time and you go to gangtok and book for yourself)

The Hotel Owner(Sandip Da) and Maneger are very friendly and very helpful,the service is outstanding and the hotel facilities are top quality. He arranged all tour plan ( North Sikkim and Changu Lake,Baba MAndir) with cheapest rate in full peak seasons.

Nice comfortable stay. Food was very delicious. Stuff behaviour is also very good. Overall a good experience.
