Hotel White Orchid

Rooms are very good at a cheap price. Room no 120 is very good with beautiful scenery on the balcony. The behavior of the staff is very good. It can provide near about 40 people at once. This hotel has the cooking facilities also.

It is very clean and is located at an excellent location not in the very much crowded MG MARG but it is located at a place where you can get the view of Mountains.It is one of the best hotels in Gangtok where you can stay.The staffs are very friendly and co-operative and Bengali food is available here.

Worst hotel there is! If you still have a income in 2021, you should be grateful to God. The worst staff, and we were stale food throughout our stay. Would not recommend it to anyone. It's a total waste of money as well as spirit. Most dissapointing hotel in the entire Sikkim region!

Nice hotel in Gangtok. 15-20 minutes walking distance from M.G.Marg. Rooms are bigger in size compared to the other same budget hotels. Fare is cheaper than other similar hotels. They have got their own restaurant in the ground floor. And they cook delicious food.

They don't give proper room if you booked through their business partner Allahabad Bank. They give a 8 by 10ft(maximize) room with a single bed for three persons(2+1 system) where others hotels provide a double bed and a single bed for 2+1 system with a sufficient room space. Very pathetic and unexpected. They give us a receipt for 2+1 system room but they did not provide the same. I will not suggest to anyone to go their specially if you are going with your family. And Allahabad Bank need to stop such nonsense business if they do not provide the same which they committed.

The rooms here have seepage, which is totally unacceptable. White Curtains full of stains. You can also see spiders web here at corners. Inspite of informing beforehand they could not get the rooms ready. Had to wait 2 hrs for there cleaning. Just a suggestion pls mention all your requirements to the staff before checking in.

#good point friendly staff .... Nice ambience... Nice view... #bad points no generator service at power cut... Food so so... Bit far from m.g.marg ....room 122 n 123 never book it....worst room of this hotel

Had a worst experience... If you book through Allahabad bank they give you a very small room which is filled with a claustrophobic situation... But after complaining they changed our room to an another building which was very good and also ample space was there... But the room we were provided initially was worst... No generator supply... Don't know how others rooms are... But their hospitality was very good and the food also...
