Hotel Betila

Very cheap hotel. Neat and Clean but no service by hotel staff i.e there is no hotel staff. 5 mins walk from M.G Marg but to go their one has to climb 20 stairs daily up and down and then an uphill road. It's painful. Rooms are quite good and clean. View from the front rooms only are beautiful. Rooms have TV and geysers. It's a good hotel at a ok location if you are on a tight budget. Otherwise try to avoid it. Room rates are around ₹600, that cheap. If you have been given this hotel by the tourism offices at New Jalpaiguri then you have been cheated. So was I.

The worst experience of my life. False promises, Poor service, poor staff, Smelly and conjusted rooms, torn flooring (as floor was covered with wooden wallpaper), rooms not clean Bedsheets had stain, blankets were smelly. If i had an option i would have rate them in negative.

Nice rooms, good quality tv set, fully furnished bathroom with all sort of requirements, room design fine enough and best thing is the most admirable balcony outseeing with awesome scene sightings. very satisfied

Nice Experience This hotel is not far from the pubile transport nice and clean rooms .. Staff members are supportive and well behave . Must visit if you are in this city. Food is also nice and hygenic . Overall my experience is good.

i and my spouse booked the room in this hotel and the place is awesome and they provide excellent services the nature bound ideas also flourish their which adds beatuy to the place excellent interiors best food till i had in my life there my thoughts gave me new ways to thinks one must visit the hotel

Beautiful hotel with best view, service was good with pleased staff and very descent crowd, weather remains beautiful all the time, and the food was awesome|If you get time go visit there and enjoy your journey with your loved ones and city is beautiful alot

I checked in with my wife on 11th March'2017. They allocated me room no: 202.||I stayed in this hotel on 11th, 14th and 15th March night.||||I just hated to stay here for the below reasons:||||1. Once I reached here on 11th March afternoon, the Hotel Manager Mr. Amar (9593891921) was totally drunk. He was not being able to properly stand and communicate before giving me the room||||2. There was no table / shelf/ Almira in my room where I can keep handy stuffs.||||3. Flush in bathroom was not working. I had to use bucket to pour water in the com-mot every time.||||4. The calling phone of the room was not working. To call any service boy, I had to come downstairs by 1 floor every time.||||5. Two pipes of the basin in washroom were leaked and broken. Thus the basin was totally unusable.||||6. There were serious electrical maintenance issues in the hotel. Most of the time they kept the power off due to various problems like short or transmitter-burst etc.|||| They actually ruined my total vacation in Gangtok. Hence, requesting everyone to please stay away from this hotel.||||||Regards||Mr. Nandi

Hotel Beta is a wonderful hotel l love this place.hotel manager was very helpful and friendly.very fast room service.food and drinks qualities was amazing and very reasonably prices.food presentation and service very nice.
