Hotel Samrat Residency Gangtok

Worst experience, Don't go in this hotel in your life, they didn't recharge tv, rooms are very small, reception person is very rude, he think he is Michael Jackson there, just rooming here & there not welcoming guest, very argumentative person, here no cleaned kitchen only one lady cook food, she is doing house keeping, taking lugauge to room, she is only one to do all work, lack of hotel staff, they serve u dinner in dinning table after waiting 2 hours, they spoiled my whole trip, I came there for 3 days but in 1 day i leave from this hotel due to horrible experience, they didn't give u chapti, they give u only rice with moong dal, worst quality of food, specially Mr samarth owner is useless person, when we complain him he just do wrong promise that everything will be all right but after this assurance he lost somewhere & when I called him, he didn't pick the phone call, useless hotel, useless owner, useless staff, useless food

Great experience at Samrat Residency. Well behaved staff. Clean and well organised. Highly recommended. Want to visit again in future. 😊 The hotel owner Mr. Samrat is a very humble person and his team members are also doing a great job 👏👍

The staff Rebel ,Sitham, Bunnu is very helpful and welcoming they try to find a solution for any concern we had , the staff is very responsive and it been a wonderful stay experience at Hotel Samrat , I will for sure recommend this place for a clean , hygienic and great stay experience

Great location beautiful surroundings atmosphere great staff receptionist bunnu is very helpful and friendly. And all staff was well trained. And hotel owner Samrat Ji was amazing !food was very delicious ….

Nice place to stay here, Food can be as per your choice and they are very tasty. The hotel staff specially Mr. Sritam Sinha was good and very supportive in nature.

Very hospitable staff. Good ambiance. We were a group of 12 and we were given the best rooms. The common space had a fantastic view of gangtok. Food was veryy tasty too.
