Too much bad experience. Bad quality hotel. Room are very dirty. 😡😡😡😡behavior very bad staff. Foul language. Totally wested money.

Accordance to the price it is very very bad hotel.To reach room no 201 you had to go through 120 steps in which last 60 steps are to much steep.She charged Rs.1500 per day.I think Rs 600 per day is appropriate tariff for this hotel room. Behaviour of owners are not good. Due to position of room and also health condition of my wife we want to change my hotel but they were not agreed. Then they shifted us another hotel Himalayan which is more better than this hotel though it is seven minutes walking distance from M.G.ROAD.

The bedsheet is dirty,there is hairs everywhere in the room in the quilt in the bathroom everywhere spreading around the rooms in the pillow covers too.We asked about another bedsheet and blanket,the assistant said its not available now and they can't provide extra bedsheet.Please provide us atleast a bedsheet, its really dirty.We are right in the hotel in room no. 100

What a experience of this hotel, is too good me and my wife loved it 🙂 Staff's behaviour are very polite and helpful so we don't face any kind of issues

One of the third class hotel that i have ever went for staying..Smelly rooms and very conjusted..Dirty rooms.The only thing is nice is the helper boy.The owner that is Namrata Jaiswal is a very big lier during last day she said that prisident will be comming so if we do local trip then we will be late for njp..but while returning to njp we came to know that president already left the previous day..Third class lady i have ever meet..So guys please do not go there ever for staying..

We booked two rooms from OYO for 5 people; 1 triple occupancy and 1 double occupancy, whereas we were provided with 1 single occupancy instead of double. Uncomfortable bed and they don't provide food.

This hotel maintains all standards required by OYO.This is excellent hotel to stay with your family and friends.The rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful .The food quality is excellent here .If you want to enjoy your vacation please do stay in this hotel
