It was a wonderful stay here. The staff were most helpful. The room was good. And the location is good, near the main market. Lal Bazar is also in walkable distance. The food they serve were delicious. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

We had a good experience to stay here. Rooms were quite big and clean. Amenities were old some cases, their food was great. Though i didnt like their bf package. Dinner was always great. And specially tea was too good. It was always recommended.

This property is old like heritage but lack in maintenance!There was leakage of water from bathroom to room.Cold water stopped suddenly while bathing & had to wait for few minutes! Food quality is terrible with very basic options in breakfast & lunch & dinner as well.They served sevai kheer which was not eatable & even after complaints from customers dining they didn't removed it from buffet! Not recommended at all!

We went to the Sikkim for vacation and we stayed here for three days. I must say this is the best hotel in terms of everything. Hotel staff is very much caring and humble. We were really surprised by their hospitality. Really, I don't have words for their hospitality. Rooms are quite big and with every facility. Very clean hotel. Breakfast with view from the 6th floor is really unforgettable. Food is also amazing, we haven't expected that we will get this type of amazing food in Sikkim. And yes, hotel interior was superb.

Awesome experience in Doma palace. Everything was outstanding rooms, service and the main thing is behaviour of each and every staff was awesome. The manager of the hotel Mr. Maninder, is excellent behaviour and very much helpful. I wish if I come again in gangtok, definately i will stay in Doma palace. Thank you for the best arrangment Maninder bhaiya. Miss u all....

First thing is outlooking. For this part they are 10/10. They are all well mannered and also friendly. I am fully satisfied with their hotel organisation, service, hygienic environment and specially their food. Thanks to Doma palace for your satisfactory hospitality. Moreover top to bottom they are ever best.

It was Great Experience at Doma Palace. We were 26 participants visited Gangtok- 15 December 2023 to 21 December 2023. I want to give big Thanks to Hotel owner Mr. Biswanath Saha, who had received by himself us at Siliguri with cordially love. Also a great thanks goes to Mr. Mahendra Shiwakoti (Manager) who was waiting for our arrival. Within arrival he welcomed us with Juice and Graduation Stoles. We were stayed there as like our home. Food was hygienic. Hotel Cleanliness was perfect to stay with friends and family with kids. One more thanks goes to Mr. Biswanath Saha (Director) for sending my Jacket with good condition and covered which I was left hotel room during my check out. Best of luck Hotel Doma Palace !! Wishing my next trip will go with Hotel Doma Palace !!!
