Worst hotel i have ever seen in Sikkim No sarvice Not good behaviour I suggest everyone to don't go there

The room was quite good. The view from the room was also good but you have to go through 150 steep staircases if you want to go MG road. And the entry of the hotel is also dirty. The food quality is quite good.

The entry is really dirty and the surrounding is also very dirty. The service is very good. The staffs are very polite and well mannered. The hotel is located just above the MG. Marg road. Overall it's a good place to stay.

I have stayed in this hotel for 4 days with my family. location of the hotel is good. Behavior of the staff of the hotel was so nice. Fooding basically Breakfast, Dinner is so much yummy, pure bengali cusine served by the hotel . Rooms are well cleaned, view of Kanchanjanga from my room was awesome. Both hot & cold drinking water was served. Bathrooms are hygienic with clean toilet and 24 hrs hot & cold water supply. The Manager of the hotel himself arranged tour tour programme across Sikkim in the most cost effective and confortable way. In one word all are unbelievable beyond my expectation in a unknown state.

This is the worst hotel a family can ever check in. The manager is not managed in himself. We were a family of 9 to which they provided only 2 rooms with 3 single beds. They confirmed our stay before we reached still they were unable to made proper arrangements. The toilet flush was over flowing, drains in the washroom were not working properly, there were big spiders and mosquitoes running in the rooms. Even after complaing they could not do anything but denying the mismanagement. We had to leave for lachung by 10 next day, he was unable to manage the cab for that matter. Due to that mis managed managed we were late by 3 hours. We were waiting in the rooms to get the cabs and he was busy in his kitchen doing nothing. His staff is so rude that nobody could talk to them properly. Dont consider this place even if u have nothing to stay. This is so worst.

Ok kind of hotel without much to expect. Outer front of the hotel is horrible but from inside it's like any other hotel. Rooms are good and you can get good view of Kanchenjunga. Room service needs lots of improvement. Reception is often empty and guests need to wonder around to find one. Food tastes good and service staffs are co-operative.

This place is basically a hostel with shortage of polite staff and a careless manager. Our experience here was really terrible to an extent that i m unable to put it in words. The rooms were terrible with the worst washrooms one can ever expect. U will find small space, leaking pipes in washroom, big mots, unavailability of mosquito repellent, no dressing mirror and what not. Expect something worse and u will find it here. They almost ruined our trip to lachung with their careless behaviour. Manager was careless enough to not to arrange the rooms upon arrival when intimated 2 hr ago about our arrival, and on top of that, he was careless enough to not to intimate the travellers and the cab driver regarding the trip and change in time in itinerary. Staff was terribly rude and were unable to carry our fragile luggage with ease. Ps: never choose this place even if u don’t have any where to stay.
