Tashi Palace A unit of The Inspire Hospitality

We stayed in this hotel for one night only but it felt like any regular road side small hotels are far better than this so called premium hotel....We took four rooms and all the rooms were having too much much damp in walls, beds were wet and smelling very bad. Also, there was mosquitoes in room but they couldn't even provide mosquito repellent machines. They didn't even clean electric kettle, dustbin in rooms which has been used and messed up by earlier tourists. Geyser was not there in one room and it was not working in another room. Two rooms were provided underground for which they charged high price similar to any other deluxe rooms in hotel and excuse was that all other rooms were booked even though our travel agency also booked four rooms two weeks back. Underground rooms were having windows without any view and bad smell were coming from corner of the room where we found so many unwanted things kept inside. Pictures attached for reference. Hotel manager was always behaving too rude with all the tourists. During dinner time they served the food in buffet but there were two stuffs who were repeatedly telling everyone to take three pieces of chicken and were staring at everyone's plate until we finished the dinner. It was too far from MG Market and cabs were also not available that much in the evening time. Overall experience was very bad there and I won't recommend anyone to visit this place at all.

The Rooms are specious but with insufficient plug points. The wooden corners are sharp and I got a deep scratch in my right leg little finger. The food quality is not up to the mark. The Geyser can supply enough warm water and the bathroom is clean too. The hotel is a little distance from MG Road mall and you need to hire a taxi with INR250-300 fair to reach there.

Very good hotel rooms, decorations are very beautiful & aesthetic types.. the view from window, the small cottages which was clearly visible from my window, when sun shine comes, its just awesome. The decoration of rooms , sofa, the bouncy bed , each & everything so nice. The behavior & hospitality of the staffs is really appreciable.

We recently stayed in this beautiful property for 2N and I must say it was a wholesome experience throughout.Starting from rooms to the food and overall service, just a delight. Trust me you will definitely fall in love with their hospitality. Especially if you are looking for traditional home cooked bengali style food then this is the place and moreover they will take extra care to fulfill all your needs. Just for example we had to checkout & leave early around 7am and we requested if we can get a proper breakfast and oh my god they not only provided that in time but that too it was so yummy : "Hand Tawa Roti & Aloo Potol Dal Sabji" . These small small things just add an unforgettable memory to overall trip. Extra mention to the property manager Mr Subhajit such a humble and extremely caring person which was indeed an added bonus to our stay. Added few snaps of our stay and I would highly recommend this place. Lastly from Con perspective there was nothing as such and only if I have to literally nitpick then I can say the location is not exactly near to MG Marg but not too far also just a 15mins taxi ride. So yeah do checkout this property. PS: We opted for their Suite Room as it had seperate space and bed for a comfortable stay!

Though our stay at the hotel was limited to four days,we noticed several pros and cons about choosing it for our stay.The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the main city and market and thus making it a short cab ride to the market.The staff did a commendable job attending to our demands.They made sure that we were well-equipped with all the necessities.The food was palatable and they prepared it according to our requirements.But what depressed us the most was the stench which prevailed in the bathroom.The tiles were slippery making us difficult to use it.The bathroom is clearly facing an incessant need for hygiene upgrade.Overall we enjoyed the hospitality and the breathtaking view from the room.Our experience would have been better had the bathroom managed to match the staff's nature.

Beautiful ambiance and outstanding hospitality. Room is spacious and well maintained. 24 hours hot water service, room service is excellent. Specially Mr. Shubhojit Chakraborty is very helpful and polite. Thanks to him for his excellent service. If you’re coming to Gangtok I strongly recommend Hotel Tashi palace. 🤗

Very good experience. All the employees are very polite , professional and helpful. We are all feeling homely environment. Food quality is very good , Rooms are big in size ,room service very good .we will visit again .

The hotel is very good. The room service is also very good. The food they are serving very tasty and healthy. There washroom are very clean and their bed is so nice.
