We booked the premium room and the view was pathetic. The room conditions were bad and the services were lethargic. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The balcony view rooms are limited and the only rooms with good view. All other rooms have side view which is bad. You will have to keep your currains closed all the time as for lower floors anyone can peek into the room. The food was okish.

I had booked two rooms through Hunting Cube Travel for a family stay on 4th June 2025. Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel was extremely disappointing. The services provided were far below expectations. The towels and bed sheets were dirty and unhygienic. The room had a dummy intercom phone with no actual connection, and the television/LED was merely a showpiece—it was not recharged and hence non-functional. Basic amenities such as a dental kit and shaving kit were not provided. When requested, the manager casually informed us that shaving kits were not available at all and that the dental kits had run out of stock. Moreover, both the dinner and breakfast served were of poor quality and not up to standard. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I strongly advise others not to book this hotel. The road is narrow in front of the hotel creating traffic congestion. Food quality is very good. Staffs are cordial. But in pelling water scarcity is observed. We have to wait 1hrs 45 min for water supply in toilet to fresh up. Water is collected from nearby spring to fill the ground level reservoir. Except water supply all other facilities are good. From the northern side rooms i.e. opposite side of the road side rooms, kanchenjunga peak is clearly visible in early morning.

FOR GOD SAKE PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL|This Hotel rooms were so small (even in premium) and we had 3 members in our family with an extra bed requirment. When I asked at the reception how the third bed would be accommodated in such a small room his reaction was VERY RUDE and ARROGANT and he had even raised his voice on me. They have rooms at basement two which was very dingy.The next day we had to leave the hotel early as we wanted to cover Sky bridge before we had to catch up our flight at Bagdogra in the afternoon. We had requested for an early breakfast which the hotel refused and instead offered packed one. But the hotel was so inhuman and gave just one slice of bread sandwich a cake and juice. Overall it was a worst experience.|PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL

I checked in at 6 PM, and upon entering Room 404, I was met with several issues. There was no tap, the shower wasn't working, and there was no tooth brush, no lift, no hot/cold water from the geyser. Additionally, the table had candle wax on it, and I found two candles and matchboxes inside the drawer. The phone in the room also wasn’t working. After raising the concerns, a staff member came to install the tap and attempted to fix the geyser for about 30 minutes, but he couldn’t. Later, after escalating the issue, a plumber arrived, and hot water was finally available at 9:45 PM. In Room 403, the shower was completely non-functional, and the hot water came out very slowly. By the time it filled half a bucket, the water had already cooled down. It’s impossible to take a proper bath with this geyser. As for the positives, the buffet dinner costs less, and there is an à la carte option as well. However, the housekeeping and kitchen staff lack professionalism. We ordered rotis and curry, but by the time the food was ready, there were no chairs available to sit. The food ordering process was complicated, and I had to visit the kitchen multiple times. If you saw how they operate, you’d think twice about eating there. It's absolutely pathetic.Morning buffet has corn flakes, tea, upma and oily aloo paratha which was not good. While the reception manager appeared professional, he didn’t take full ownership of the issues. When I mentioned the hot water problem, his response was simply, "If it’s not working, it’s not working; what can I do?" in a polite tone. On the positive side he was okay to keep our luggage in the reception after our checkout at 8am. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Palm Bliss is a great hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food—whether it's breakfast or lunch/dinner—is really delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though it's a self-service setup, they provide full service during meal times, which is very impressive. There’s no lift in the hotel, but the staff is kind enough to carry your heavy bags to your room. And honestly, if you’re here to explore Pelling, a little walking is no big deal. Also, don’t miss out on trying their aloo parathas—they’re a must-have!

We stayed in this hotel for two days on 29/4 and 30/4.On first day the room given was in cellar ie two floor below ground floor The room was so small that we had to keep our luggage on floor..small cub board with no doors. Bath room was disappointing with bad smell.. After complaining,they gave some other room in second floor which was ok.. Food supplied in canteen was quite average.. Experienced cold tea/coffee in a cold place.When told they simply made it hot... To add to the agony,some miscreants were quarreling with the staff at midnight and could not sleep throughout.. Altogether a very bad experience..No ratings can be given.. Location poor.. Giving only 3 marks out of 10 . Won't recommend this hotel. The front office staff Mr Peter was not all listening any thing and was very arrogant.. Felt as if we were staying free of cost...

Palm bliss rufina, this is not recommended at all. No electricity in morning Staff behaviour is not good Room not cleaned Breakfast was not good too, they denied to give fruits as existing was not good. Rooms are too cosy. Also water glass was smelling of alcohol This was completely not good as was not expecting this.
