The owner's behaviour is very rude......bathrooms are so dirty and smelling very bad......all blankets having cigarette burns.......worst food quality

It is located at middle pelling on Rimbi road. The rooms are very nice in respect to lower budget hotels, good quality lilen, the kanchanzanga is visible from home. Food quality is also good. Service is nice, staffs are polite and helpful. Owner is very helpful. Site seeing facilities are available.

Managers behavior is worse. The facilities are worse. Drainage system is poor

The rooms are good and clean and the view from the windows on a clear day is just beyond words. A clear view of the Kanchenjunga from just your bed kind of makes the day. The staff is helpful and prompt. The bad thing here is the food that they provide. It's below average and bad. So better to eat outside.

We had a very bad experience with the hotel. When the booking was done through Ankita Tours & Travels we were told that Kanchenjunga will be visible from both of the two rooms that we booked. But on reaching the hotel the manager told that we can get one room only from where we can see Kanchenjunga. They made a commitment that we can get whatever food we ordered - fish, egg or chicken. But only on the last night they gave chicken for dinner after we forced them to do so. On the third day of visiting Ravangla and Namchi we were provided with the worst car and the driver took roads which were under construction inorder to delay our journey. This we understood when he took the highway while returning and we reached Pelling from Namchi in less than two hours. As expected we could not visit a number of sightseeing places. On the day of our return they promised something for breakfast but later on went back on their words. It seems they are in the habit of cheating tourists. Avoid making bookings with this hotel.

Hotel cost little high compare with respect of it's category I.e service and amenities. Bad smell from curtains and bed sheet. Poor service ever I had stay in hotels. No drinking water available in room. Even no drinking water supplied on paid basis. No exhaust fan in wash room/ toilet. Poor drainage of toilet causing bad smell. Only one good thing is a window towards Kanchenjungha view. Stuff behaviour is very good and they are very helpful in every matters. Food quality average. Overall treibble night stay at hotel.

The view from the room is just breathtaking..... But the rooms r not good, it's dingy n smelly .. They should work on cleanliness... Rest all were fine ..
