Hotel White Orchid

The only good thing about here is the room and the view. That's it ! Their food is not good. Maximum people were just wasting food for the taste and the quality. Their service is not good. They need more people to run the kitchen, I guess. Everything is very slow . The charing points/plug points in the rooms are just there. Maximum 1/2 points in every room, and the placement and the condition of the points are just horrible! We have struggled so much for the phone to get charged. There's not even a kettle in the room for hot water. Though they give you hot water if you call the manager, but calling for water every single time is a bit annoying. The location is also not proper. You have to do a bit far from the main area. And the road has no lights. So it is risky to go out for a walk or shopping after evening. And it is a bit down from the main road,so you have to go up a little bit to find shops or other hotels. It is not a hotel, it's kind of a homestay. But I have been to many homestays , but never seen such poor service or bad condition of electrical lines. Overall we are really disappointed with the service .

I stayed with my siblings. We booked 4 rooms (202 & 203 View Rooms) and stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. We are speechless about their hospitality and customer service. I must say this is one of my best visited hotels. If possible book kanchanjanga view rooms. And book directly to call in the hotel u will get the best price. As of now in off-season 750-850 for 3-4 people one room including 3 times meal. and in season 1100-1200 for the same.

I visited pelling on 16.11.2024 ,it was an Unforgettable stay! Will never forget how helpful the staff was ,Room is lovely, the view of kanchenjunga was much wonderful! Food serving was in traditional way ,this is a beautiful place having great style and elegance !

Their fooding, lodging and staffing behavior was excellent. Their rooms are too good and well decorated. If you want a view of Kanchenjunga from balcony then must visit this hotel.

I'm really happy about 4 night 5 day's journey with hotel White Orchid and the hotel staff behaviour always good. Specially Babu vai is a main part all about & behaviour likely friendly. Food quality are not bad. I try my level best visit again as soon as possible. Thank you White Orchid and again thanks to Babu vai.

Accomodation and foods are good. The best part is the manager and staff. Very well behaved and good service. I stayed with my family and all are satisfied and happy.
