Worst experience, everyone should have aware while booking this hotel. No amenities(not even a soap), overpriced food and lesser in quantity(not enough for an individual), unexperienced hotel staff (lack of staffing, I only saw two of them)- they really know how to do business! did not provide geyser when you needed. Thank god we only stayed one night.

Very awful experience.. No proper hospitality, Food was not sufficient and overpriced as hell... There was no geyser or hot water to use when needed... I give a 1/5 stars.. It was a nightmare... Pls don't check in on to this hotel...

Pleasant stay here from 29th sept to 1st oct 2018.Excellent food prepared by Mr.Basak,manager of the hotel.His guidance about Pelling sightseeing was very much helpful.

Nigjtmarish experience, very rude behaviour, unclean upholstery , only one attendant that too hardly attends, switches off geyser without intimation. Worst possible service.
