All staffs are very helpful, kind, good behaviour. The taste of the food was delicious made by the staffs. Environment and infrastructure was also very good and well maintained.. Must recommended for friends and family

Hotel View Point, Pelling - A Fantastic Stay with Stunning Views My stay at Hotel View Point, Pelling was absolutely delightful. Nestled in the scenic beauty of Pelling, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas and is the perfect spot for a tranquil getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with large windows that opened to panoramic views of the mountains. The hotel staff was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. One of the highlights of my visit was the delicious food. The variety of dishes, especially the local cuisine, was a treat to the taste buds. The location of the hotel is another plus, as it’s conveniently close to many attractions like the Pemayangtse Monastery and Rabdentse Ruins. Despite being centrally located, it maintained a peaceful ambiance. Overall, Hotel View Point offers a wonderful combination of great hospitality, comfort, and natural beauty. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Pelling!

I just chked in today.had the worst experience. Was given the nastiest and the dirtiest room,tho I had booked thru UCO BANK CO OP. The bed sheets were not changed The bed was damaged beforehand, but they were trying to put the blame on us to extort the money Lunch time was frm 1 to 3 pm I had ordered chow, but they could not deliver it as there was no cook The room size is Okk ,washroom is also okk type --nothing to glorify of this hotel The staff behavior is also very unfrndly And the worst part is that ,the grp D staff r instigated by the management to argue with the customers and to blame them right in front of the management HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

OMG 😱 that is the phrase I will use for this place. I had the worst experience here. I checked in at 10 pm after traveling for over 10 hours. Just to find that the room was damp, dirty.The bathroom was dirty, filthy, smelly with a very very dirty comode. The geyser was not working . The blanket was cheap and thin which was a complete misfit for the kind of wheather the place has. A room heater was provided against a payment of 450 per night.The room heater was dipalidated, dusty seemed it would burst into flames anytime. I was forced to take it as otherwise I would freeze to death but then the gadget hardly helped but did manage to haunt me as I feared it would burn down my room. The attendants were unprofessional and were chewing paan masala and doing the chores with no interest. The room had an old , faded pair of bathroom slippers one coloured green one blue.I thought some guest may have left it by mistake but the attendant told me it was kept by the hotel for the guest to use. I had booked a room for 3 days.But left it immediately after spending the night and checked into Sikkim Tourist Center which was heavenly.A great place to stay.

Staff behaviour is excellent.. I came with my kid of 1.5 years They were so good that I felt no problem at all.. room is clean and spacious..

Everything here was really good beyond expectations. The staff is really cooperative and the rooms are spacious. Food is also really great. Had an overall pleasant and comfortable experience here. Highly recommended for everyone planning to visit Pelling.
