Disha Silver Peak Hotel

A nice stay overall. It's a new hotel so there may be some issues but the staff solves it quickly enough. Sushma is really friendly and helpful. The food they serve is excellent. Really happy with it all. Must recommend. 👌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🥰

Stayed for 2D/N at the hotel during my visit to Pelling. The main entry to the hotel reception is very inconvenient (see the photos). Our room was 403, on the topmost floor and unfortunately they do not have a lift which is a major drawback. The room was clean and spacious and has a balcony with an excellent view of the mountains. The bedsheets were stained and the towels they provide doesnt look very clean (though usable). They have provided an electric kettle, but no milk powder/tea/sugar for making tea of our own. The toilet is also spacious with good fittings and has geyser, but the toilet drain is positioned near the door entry, so all the water after bath/shower will come towards the door side. Since our room was on the top floor, the tap water flow was very less and so we had to call the hotel service. The response from the guy whom we talked to was not amateurish. However on our insistence 2 guys were sent to our room. They entered our room/bathroom wearing their chappals and thus the floor of our rooms got very dirty. The taste of the food is good, but not much variety. Overall, I felt the hotel was very much average and the people there should learn more about guest service and hospitality. One needs to take into account their budget and stay requirement to choose this hotel.

Very nice experience. The food was very delightful. Plus the service was top notch. Will definitely recommend it to people visiting the place.

Hotel is good, clean, cosy, everything is well maintained, but service is not good, kitchen service is not so good, there i no one at reception counter. That's one of the problem. Otherwise it is a good place, and we like it.

We had a wonderful stay at Disha Silver Peak Hotel. Pelling. We booked 3 rooms there. All the rooms were clean and spacious. The food was excellent. The view from the rooms - especially that of Mt. Kanchenjunga, was mesmerising. The staff made sure were that we were comfortable and well taken care of. I would like to extend a special thanks to the reservation team, who assisted us in every way possible right from the time we got in touch with them for the bookings. We shall surely recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms are spacious and have large balconies. You can get a clear view of Kanchenjunga from the balconies. Staff is polite and hospitable. Safe for family and even if you are travelling solo. I recommend this place.

Excellent Service! Sushma and the other staffs are very hospitable and made sure the stay was comfortable. WE LOVED IT!! Not to forget the location is awesome.Thanks Sushma and team.

Recently visited Pelling and stayed in Disha Silver Peak. Extremely impressed by the service. The owner is extremely helpful. Hotel staffs are very humble. Rooms are very well maintained. They have really beautiful mountain view rooms. Food quality is also really good. Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Pelling.
